Went there to send a fax. The store was closed in the middle of the day. Others attempted also. No hours posted on door or window. Went to FedEx at Walmart. Excellent service.

Places supposed to be open at 10:00 and it's 10:15 and it's dark inside. This is not the first time this has happened. I won't be returning.

This store owner is not reliable. I made an appointment to Notarize a document on June 13 at 11am. He did not show up and store was closed.

Nice guy! Unfortunately, he’s never at the store. There are many times I have to wait a full week before I can get my packages. I changed my delivery to my home address on the UPS website but my packages still are being delivered to the store. Such an inconvenience!! I have a current pkg that was delivered on last Wednesday and as of today, he is still not at the store!!

Every time I try to use this place they are closed. It doesn’t matter what time it is, anytime during their supposed open hours, the door is locked and the sign is dark. They are NEVER OPEN.

Here is a lesson on disrespect for the customer as performed by this sttore. My son came in with the request that the package he wanted to send (to me) had to be there the next day. He came in of a Friday and was assured by the agent that it would get there the next day.She knew the day was Friday and the next day would be Saturday. He even asked if the fact that Labor Day which was that Monday. would affect the delivery? He was told no since the packages had not been picked up that day. He explained the importance of the package getting there Saturday because it it contained my insulin and it was in a refrigerated pack. The employee assured him that it would get there that Saturday--not Tuesaday as she now admits when questioned by her superiors. Why would he agree to that? The employee is not changing her story but admitted to me that the package should have arrived on Saturday. Cost was not an issue as I was paying for the delivery. I Zelled him the money the employee said he needed to pay. He paid the 100+ dollars and went on his way. Needless to say the package did not arrive on Saturday but Tuesday. They claim my son agreed to the package being delivered on Tuesday---which makes no sense. This is lying to cover mistakes at its worst. When I spoke to that same employee, to complain about the late delivery, I was told that the package should have gotten there Saturday as well. I also mentioned that employee that the delivery was not only later than what we thought we were paying for but how my medicine was left in the hot sun after it was delivered. I have asked only that they reutrn my money since this was a service failure.Let me reiterate once more, that my son would not have agreed to a Tuesday delivery! After many minutes of shouting with the ownerand or operator, Mr. Richard Mince, I decided to tell my story here. Please do not make my mistake and send a black, naive young man to do business with this store. I feel that he was taken advantage of due to his race and age. I also feel that they refused to offer any kind of refund due to our race. The store could have easily made this right but due to underlying reasonss which I feel are racial. I hope that in 2022, racism played no role in this unfortunate incident but I cannot come up with any other reasons. We relied on Postman Plus to get the medication there the next day regardless of the cost--they did not! Advoid this place if you can, we certainly will. They did not deal with us honestly and I have medicition at $95/ bottle that is runied. And they only statment made to me is , "Sorry, you got your medication didn't you?" quoting Mr. Richard Mince, store operator.
