“Love this this store. My only thing that is annoying is that they have stuff out that isn’t for sale and get mad if you ask about it. This isnt a place you can decorate and not sell product.”
“I learned about Tabithas house years ago when I worked at Jones Junction. I would shop there and get amazing things at really affordable prices. I started donating as well
I then fell on hard times and Tabithas House has always helped wirh food and clothing and other resources I needed while raising my 3 special needs granddaughters.
The sense of community and genuine care for people are unmatched. I highly recommend donating here instead of for profit places like Goodwill or other places because here , they truly give back to the community.
The only downside I can see is the fact that the one area is off limits to be used for those in need of clothes or shoes.
I had picked out 2 pair of adorable boots for my 2 teen granddaughters and was told I had to put them back because they weren't part of the eligible items for helping families in need.
I also haven't had much luck in the past year wirh finding anything for my 10 year old. Everything is extremely used and not much size variety.
So please donate children's clothing to give families more variety to choose from.”

“One of my favorite locations to shop! First, let’s talk about pricing. You find some fantastic items, and they don’t break the bank. Items are priced as they should be, and you even find gems along the way.
Unlike other locations, Churchville keeps their store clean, inventory easily accessible, and the shelves are always filled with treasurers. All of the items I have found were in great condition, and associates take the time to make sure they are presentable.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to questions. I literally look forward to my trips to this location, because I always find pieces I didn’t know I needed.

“No to goodwills are alike. This one tends to be a favorite of mine when I'm in Harford county, simply because of the size and sheer volume of goodies one can find. I've picked up excellent running shoes, dresses, coats, books, paintings, and so many other things. The staff is always very nice and helpful. And the other customers are usually a joy to interact with. It's a great place to stop over if you're looking for a bargain. Check out folding chairs the fabric covered kind and see what you can find. I got a set of them for $6.99 each. They usually go for at least $20 in most retail stores. And these chairs were almost as good as those.”

I never make reviews, but I felt compelled to mention Alexia at Uptown Cheapskate in Bel Air, MD. Alexia is always so very kind, knowledgeable and consistent in her work ethic. Every time I visit this store, she exemplifies the utmost in professionalism and kindness. I thought she was the owner/manager, as she has been there for years and has always been such a joy to see, and is so knowledgeable and full of insight and genuine care for the customer. She will probably never know that I have written this review, but I hope that she realizes how great she is; not only as an employee, but as a person overall. She truly shines inside and out. Love this store, and Alexia makes my day every time I visit.”
