This location has not been the same since "new mgmt" has taken over. My order AGAIN was not accurate and was cold. I've tried over several years to give them my business BUT DAG...when will things get better. My food and my "coffee" was not good...again. Pls get it right people, dag on!!!!!!!! I've given them a good faith effort but I'm officially DONE with this location.

the Hispanics lady’s working at this location are ENTITLED, rude and unprofessional ? like what the hell! My avocado toast tasted horrible, went in and trying to ask for a refund, they will fight you, curse you. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I love me some Dunkin, but this location isn’t the best spot. The coffee is always good but the donuts never taste fresh. Ordering through drive through is a little difficult because of language barrier with the employees not speaking fluent English too

I've live in Accokeek for 5+ years and have visited this location at least three times. Today, 11/19/23 I went there and they were busy as usual. I went in and ask for my usual: turkey sausage sandwich with egg white no cheese on an English muffin. The cashier told me that they did not have eggs whites any more for over a year. I was just at this location in the summer and I has eggs whites on my sandwich. Any who... I ordered the sa i w/o egg and no cheese and was charged the same amount as if I had egg included. I am allergic to egg yolks and asked why cease u Brit charged the same price. The cashier had no answer very Rude and acted like she did not understand what I was saying. H got my food and my turkey sausage was on a croissant. I questioned this because the pork sausage patty comes on a croissant and the turkey sausage comes on a English muffin. I asked if it was pork or turkey and the cashierTOLD me I asked for crossaintWhich was not true a bold face lie. I even ad for grape jelly and they did not remember that request. I will never go to this place in ACCOKEEK again!Do better And learn how to listen!!!!Do not deserve a 1 star! But the staff was pleasant not the head person on the register!

Why can’t they repeat the order back to you before you pay like every other fast food place? You think you’re ordering one sandwich but they’re doing 2 because they don’t pay attention. By the time you’ve realized the error, you’ve already slid your card. Didn’t want to be late so said it would be fine. Guess I’m having the other one for lunch. Not happy. This used to be the best Dunkin but it has fallen off.

Store was closed and they didn't have anything and it was a waste going to drive thru,
