I went to this station this morning and used pump #6 for regular service. Regular activated but midway through pumping I realized that it was quoting the Supreme price! Mind you, I selected regular (87). I go inside and the cashier said maybe I selected supreme. I said no! I selected regular and regular was activated..., yet it rang up as supreme. The manager was not there and I was told he would not be there for at least 30-40 min. I went on my way to work and called once I got there. The woman that answered the phone was confrontational when I asked to speak to the manager and asked for his name. I asked for her name and she did not want to give it to me. Once the manager came on the phone, I tried to explain to my issue and he clearly was not trying to hear it. He had a VERY negative tone with me and was cutting me off during my explanation. He started blaming me for the issue, saying it was my fault and that they never had this issue. I was very calm and stated the issue happened today with me so yes, you have an issue. I asked if I am to be refunded and he said no. He said has the receipt to show what I pumped. I told him I have it also and I requested him to check his cameras to see what I selected, he said no. I always get my gas from BJs, but this morning I had to leave earlier for work and this is what I experienced going to an outside gas station! I never experienced customer service such as this in years! The disrespect of not letting me talk was unbelievable! I WILL NOT UTLIZE this station and I WILL PLACE MY REVIEW OF THIS GAS STATION ON ALL REVIEW SITES!

Came to pump gas on pump #12 and I come to find out that I got no gas at all but was still charged. When I brought it to the clerks attention he was in denial telling me I should check my car gas gauge because that’s the problem, not their pump. Both him and who must be his wife were quick to get upset and ended up telling me they aren’t gonna help me because it’s never happened and I’m making it up. Turns out it happened two weeks before this and the month before that. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Scammers!!! I went to pump some gas and realized that I received nothing. I went inside to speak to the clerk and he was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. Got on here to write a review and realized that many people have had the same issue. They should be closed down!!!!

Both staff member - the lady and the lil man - told me to be quiet and shut up repeatedly all because I said “hey, you should put up a sign saying its not working.” Them “Be quiet” repeatedly.I made them give me my money back. Its on your property. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. Don’t try to hold the customer responsible especially when you don’t have any signs communicating anything to said customer.

The gas pump outside malfunctioned so I had to go inside. The staff was unfriendly and slow to help.I explained that pump #7 was the problem and the clerk pointed to insert my credit card into the the card processing machine. He assumed I wanted $7 worth of gas. He clearly was not understanding but If he had been making an effort to communicate sooner rather than later I would have gotten more than $7 worth of gas . Because my tank was on empty I got the $7 worth of gas but decided not to have any additional credit card gas purchases from this vendor. I would rather ride a little further down the road to a better customer friendly station than be treated like this was the only station around.

Same experience as others. I've noticed this trend numerous times where Exxon franchise owners specifically who don't want to have to clean the bathrooms claim their bathrooms are out of order so patrons don't use them. I'll tack this one down on my list as a place not to stop on my way back to DC. Had I been able to use the restroom there I probably would have given this place three to four stars, because it was pretty clean and stocked with all the necessities. And to the reviewers that complain about convenience store pricing, I would like to remind you that this is a convenience store not a grocery store. Regardless I believe that Exxon should compel their franchisees of convenience stores to keep the bathrooms in working order for their customers. I would hope they make this a priority because this is one of the reasons why I will choose to go to Wawa or Sheetz instead when I have to stop on the road.

Gas prices are way too high. I've lived across the street for 11 years and I refuse to let them guoge me with their high prices. It almost seems illegal to be so much higher than other gas stations less than half a mile away.
