I met a jewel today. One who goes above & beyond the call of duty. I don't know who Crystal & Steven's management is but you all must be dynamic. Crystal is an exceptional being. I can truly say that I have had an amazing experience in the Cozy Cove. Truly it is Cozy!!!!!”

I mentioned to Jasmin that it was my first time coming here and she gave me a walk thru, which I really appreciated. She’s the best! They have 80lbs. Washers to 20lbs. And could be operated by coins or their Speedqueen app. It’s super efficient!”

The seamstress accidentally sewed my pants waist to a 29 instead of my hem (her husband who owns V-Cleaners gave the wrong information due to language barrier) but was more than willing to fix the issue and did the next day. Both ladies are friendly and willing to help get your needs met. Giving five stars for location, convenience and willingness.”

“Very quick! At first we were told we needed to wait to have four patches sewn on and they wouldn’t be ready until Saturday (it was Wednesday) but once we expressed we needed them soon they made it happen. They had them ready in about an hour or two. Thank you!”
