I’m torn. The people are friendly. They do a good job for the most part. I’ve had an occasional missing button (maybe 3 total in 15 years). However, today they’ve started passing off the credit card fees to customers. If you pay via credit card you will pay an additional 4% at time of sale. Buyer beware. I will now find another dry cleaner.

Since using their services, I haven’t had a bad day with their cleaning and pressing service. Thorough and respectful service providers.

One star is too high...
Unfortunately, they are very unprofessional. Our clothes comes back with what looks like tomato sauce stains on them. I tried to call them, but their number is listed incorrectly online. I decided to drive over there and speak with them in person. I am tired of dealing with subpar businesses in this area. We pay a lot to live out here and we must demand better. I will be looking for another cleaners moving forward.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dry cleaners. They have lost a pair of my pants and are telling me they may have been sent to another one of their stores by accident. The cashier took my information and assured me that I would receive a call back before close of business. Needless to say, that never happened. Now I have to file a civil lawsuit to get reimbursed for my pants. What a big waste of my time. If you can avoid this place, Manokeek Cleaners, please by all means do. They do not do a better job than any other cleaners but their prices are more expensive than most. I wish I could give zero stars because that is their real worth!

I've have 2 pair of pants altered here, both times the stitching came apart. It's an inconvenience to keep traveling back and forth for the seamstress to repair HER work. They are NOT cheap either. Never again!!!!

The absolute worst seamstress in this area. I think she doesn’t see to good. Even when she measures and pin the clothes. The length is always short. Do not take you clothes here if you value them. Received other people’s clothing. My clothes have small tears in them and shirts appear if they were never cleaned. I th
