“I loved my experience with Janice and Marcos! Absolutely lovely couple; super helpful, resourceful, and kind. I rented the small 4x7 trailer to hitch to the back of my Subaru from VA to NY. I needed help grounding the wire in my wiring harness and they drilled it in for me. The chains on the Uhaul hookup wouldn’t quite fit the holes on my smaller hitch, and they replaced them easily and quickly. I was impressed with the customer service, and couldn’t have felt safer on my trip. Thank you so much!”

“This was the most efficient rental pick-up I experienced with U-Haul. The staff checked me in and had me in the truck I rented within 5 minutes. There was no confusion on the vehicle I rented or delay in processing due to only one employee working at the desk. I will go back to this location if I need U-Haul services in the future.”
“This location does a fantastic job. We frequently rent cargo vans for our catering and event business and every van rental has gone very smoothly. The cargo vans are always new or fairly new, low mileage, clean, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We use to own 4 vans of our own but after spending the additional money on insurance, maintenance, and registration, we determined it was more cost effective to rent the cargo vans for our needs on the weekends for our catering events. We only own one van for our daily needs and rent the addition 2+ cargo vans on the weekends. Thank you for always taking care of us. Keep up the great job and service you provide.”
“I’ve never received such thorough, pleasant, above and beyond service at a Uhaul until meeting Mr. Robert Cator. His walk-through of the vehicle left no surprises and made it a very pleasant experience driving such a huge, really new pickup truck in rainy weather. Also, he gave me the benefit of his managerial experience by confirming my insurance choice. Yes, I wanted it, but had failed to check the box online. What a save!!! Also, he educated me about a fridge laid flat needing at least 24 hrs upright before plug in. He didn’t have to tell me that, but he did anyway. He probably saved my sister’s new fridge and my day overall. Lastly, he’s genuinely a really nice gentleman! Who knew a Uhaul experience could be this great?!?! Thank you, Robert, for such a great day! You helped me be successful helping my sister’s family and I am so grateful! We will definitely acquire your services again. Much appreciated!!!”

“We had a really good experience with our 26’ truck rental, from this Vine St. location, in a very long haul move. We initially asked for 20’, but decided to up it to 26’. We were happy with our 26’, brand new, clean, AC works and it had Bluetooth. So despite the initial hiccup, it was all squared away. Thank you.P/s: 1 star less was for employee’s lack of attention when asked about padlock.~ Sharon.”

“Maybe l,m lete the party, l didn't realize Home Depot could match the paint color. I purchased a very specific black cabinet door sample and was trying to find the exact Black through the paper swatches in the store. I bought a paint sample and didn't really like the black l came back and gentleman, he was amazing and he told me l could find the exact mach just by using the cabinet door t. Look, customized a color the matched exactly!! I couldn't be more excited or more grateful...”
“Right off the highway on our way back to D.C. from a Richmond trip, we pulled into this Home Depot. It's exactly like all the other Home Depots with a large garden area and massive aisles of anything you need for a home project. Bathrooms are in the back, but expect some dirt inside. Customer service was helpful and friendly.”

“Hands down the BEST storage in the DMV area! I initially needed a unit to house my things while away on business, chose a 5x15 which was exactly what I needed! The unit was clean and the property well maintained. The gate code ensures that not just anyone can enter and the locks they provide (for a small fee) are really Secure!! Another added level of security!I also ended up needing a garage to house my car. Unfortunately the phone rep from their call center sold me on a unit that ended up being WAY too small for my car.But Luckily, Josh was able to secure a 10x 20 that fit my car perfectly! What a life saver! Both the gentleman working there are extremely professional and really went above to make sure I was properly set up for my long term rental! Even going the extra mile to make sure the gate code worked before I left, which was helpful because the first time we tried it, it didn’t work! And a Lock tutorial! Btw, the one for the car garage is secure!Awesome experience and would definitely recommend Life Storage over any other!”
