“I took my truck to be serviced for an oil change, on the road on my way out of town for work I noticed a ticking sound coming from underneath the hood . I took it to a local ford dealership in North Carolina and was advised that there wasn’t enough oil in the truck and that it needed two quarts of oil. I then called the LaPlata ford dealership where I got the oil change the day before and spoke with Heather the service manager about my situation. She apologized for the inconvenience paid for the additional oil and offered additional oil change and maintenance services due to the inconvenience when I got back to Maryland. Upon my arrival back to Maryland I took the truck back to the LaPlata dealership to be serviced for what appeared to be a transmission leak . With no hesitation Heather had her top mechanic Mr Gene took a look at the issue and upon inspection did find a small leak . Miss Heather was kind enough to take care of the repairs due to the inconvenience that was caused from my initial oil change experience. Heather and the employees at LaPlata ford went above and beyond their job to make things right . I recommend this service department if you ever have a issue or repair for your vehicle .”

“I went with a friend to purchase a 2002 Corolla with 127,000 miles on it a couple of weeks ago. Mr. Bruce, the owner, made time at the last minute before he was headed out of town. After the test drive, the sales process was smooth and all the paperwork was done dilligently.
After a check up with the mechanic, the car was sound. The major systems were in good shape, and just some minor maintenance, fluids, etc. was done. My friend is very happy with the vehicle as a daily driver and looking forward to many years of reliable transportation without a car note.
Mr. Bruce was very honest and generous with his time, staying an later than he meant to with a great attitude. While in the office, a happy customer came by just to wish him a happy vacation. The price for the vehicle, tags, etc. were all transparent, above board, and less than a dealership. We were in and out in about an hour, stress free.
When the title came in, his collegue Mr. George, came in and made sure everything was in order, showing exactly which forms needed to be presented at the DMV and providing back up copies to make sure the documents on the day of purchase were available for the appointment (at the DMV). He was very professional, kind, and gave great customer service.
If I needed a car tomorrow, I would ask what Mr. Bruce had available and do business with him. The dealership is easy to get to and there is parking available on site.”

“I have had 35 suv cars and this is the worst vehicle, that I've purchased. I purchased a 2021 Sorento. Problems with windows and door locks, child proof locks, the engine is still on after cutting the car off, Sometimes the radio won't play and the handbrake phone sometimes don't work. I asked service for a loaner car last week and spoke to service tech week before that. I am at Dealership right now. All customers have been given updates on their vehicles but I have to go to them and ask. Every customer is long gone. New customers have arrived and get updates on their vehicle but I have to ask for information on my SUV. I feel looked over since arriving at 9:15 and it is 2pm. I am recording the problems for my SUV in case something serious happens to me while driving this Kia Sorento. Nobody cares at this dealership. I'm so sorry I purchased this vehicle. My car payment is up to date and feel you should pay me money to drive this expensive vehicle”
