Bluebird Manor is an absolute dream venue! From the moment we saw it, we were blown away by the stunning beauty of the property and the impeccable service provided by their amazing team. They are so detail-oriented and genuinely care about making each couple’s day perfect. You can tell how family oriented they are by their customer service, planning support, and true excitement. Bluebird has everything you could ask for—a gorgeous bridal suite, a fun groomsmen area, breathtaking scenery with a spectacular view, and a beautiful chapel on-site.
Although we ended up having perfect weather for our outdoor ceremony, knowing we had such an incredible backup plan in place with the chapel gave us such peace of mind. Our guests, many of whom had never been to Bluebird before, were in awe of how magical the entire experience was. This venue truly speaks for itself, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our special day! A special shout out to Stephanie who was our day of coordinator through Bluebird. She was locked into the day details and drove me around on the golf cart throughout the day so I didn’t have to walk extra in my wedding dress.

Bluebird Manor is an amazing venue that offers a classic farm setting with various ceremony site options and a spacious cocktail/reception space. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning -- the staff is a dream to work with! The property is well maintained and the Bluebird team offers nothing but the best hospitality to couples, their guests and the vendor pro teams. The Hannah Belle Events team highly recommends Bluebird Manor to anyone looking to host an event on property.

The location is beautiful. Even the drive over is so nice. The food was great and stuff very nice. However the acoustics in that space - not great

This place was picture perfect! I mean every detail and angle was Instagram worthy. The facility buildings were beautiful and I felt the place flowed very well. The venue is a little spread out (as farms tend to be) but we had beautiful weather and having places to explore that provided moments of privacy was part of the experience. I would absolutely recommend ?

I had the pleasure of working at Bluebird Manor during a beautiful wedding over the summer, and this venue was AMAZING. I interacted with Carol the most, and she was SO kind, funny, courteous, and ultimately had the best interest of the couple in mind. HIGHLY recommend this venue!

Wow. From the moment we began contact with Bailey and the team at Bluebird last summer, we were completely blown away. When we went for our tour, we met with Carol, who is absolutely the sweetest woman in the world! We spent all of 5 minutes on the property and knew we needed to book. We snagged their LAST date for 2022, as if it was just meant to be! After booking and securing our date, both Bailey and Carol answered any and all of the questions i had. Fast forward to 2022, they introduced us to Stephanie. She was a new addition to the BB team and our venue coordinator for our wedding date! Stephanie knows her stuff, both Bluebird AND all wedding things. At our walk through, Stephanie was very organized and explained everything to us to make sure we knew everything going into the big day!! Now onto the actual wedding day, this property was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, both Stephanie and Carol were there for me every step of the way! Anything we needed, they delivered. Every single guest had nothing but amazing things to say about the property and venue. There is no detail untouched at Bluebird. The decor package is PHENOMENAL. The customer service/experience is truly unmatched. Basically, i wrote this whole thing just to say- if you’re considering bluebird, don’t have a second thought about it. Book this venue for your big day and i promise you won’t regret it. The most beautiful property, and even more beautiful people who run it. Endless thank yous to Stephanie, Carol, Bailey, and every employee at Bluebird that makes this place so magical!

BlueBird was the most perfect venue for our wedding! Carol & Bailey are both so kind & helpful throughout the planning process. They really have thought about all the little details when it comes to the space. There were so many ceremony options which allowed us to easily pivot to an indoor ceremony when the weather forecast changed. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved the venue. It was perfect!

Bluebird was the perfect venue for our wedding a few weeks ago. I don't think you can find a better venue in the Frederick area and our wedding day did not disappoint. The place is immaculately kept and everyone is lovely to work with. We had so many guests comment about how pretty the venue is and we also saw so many of our guests taking pictures around the property, capturing all of the beautiful flowers that we had with a late May wedding. I wouldn't hesitate to book your wedding or event at Bluebird!

It wasn’t easy working with Blue Bird leading up to my wedding. The policies changed frequently and eventually I found out I was one of their “ old contract” brides. This was almost a year after I signed my contract. It was very clear that they had issues with clients before us and needed to change some of their rules.I totally understood in a lot of ways. I too, have been a wedding vendor for many years. I understood a new business with growing pains. What I didn’t appreciate was the way we were spoken to. All of the saccharinely sweet demeanor went out of the window when we weren’t going to follow new policies that were not in our contract. ( that I didn’t find out about until our final walk through about 9 days before my wedding) We were met with some pretty insulting innuendos.I was appalled at how someof my guests were spoken to at the rehearsal as well. Specifically, my coordinator asked the owner a question and was met with a nasty comment implying she should have more staff with her and didn’t know what she was doing. When the fact was, because we kept being treated like they were anticipating us trashing the place, we were trying to be overly considerate to her.Be very aware… once it came down to right before my wedding we were ultimately treated like they were anticipating us breaking the rules. It was very confusing and I was very disappointed.However, we were so fortunate to work with Stephanie on the day of. She is a class act. She was more like a high end concierge. She was so gracious and kind to each and everyone one of us. Clearly the quarterback of this business. And the only reason I left 4 stars.It’s a beautiful property and a show stopper venue. But let there be no mistake….we paid every dime that was asked of us and were treated like we were being done a favor and were likely to disrespect the property.

A top notch wedding venue! The entire property is stunning with beautiful views. No detail has been overlooked. The option for an outdoor ceremony or indoor ceremony (without having to "flip" the same space for reception) is a plus. The staff and owner are genuinely committed to creating the most joyful and memorable wedding for every couple.
