I have had Len Home Design replace the roof over the top of my home and then again a few years later to replace the roof over my basement in the row home I live in, in Baltimore. Both experiences of them replacing my roofing could not have gone any more smoothly and efficiently. The owner is very transparent and effective in communicating what needs to done and the costs of what will be needed to complete the job. His employees are effective and efficient and both times finished the job within one work day. I would highly recommend working with them because of the stress free service they provide. They were also accommodating and flexible with my payment method in a time of need for me to secure my home from serious costly damage and for that I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.

After experiencing a significant water leak that damaged the roof and part of our upstairs area, we hired Len Home Design to handle both the roof replacement and a full remodel of the affected space. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and committed to quality work.
Jose and his crew assessed the damage thoroughly and provided a clear, detailed estimate. They walked us through the materials, timeline, and what to expect at each stage. The roof replacement was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to our daily routine.
The upstairs remodel exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship was top-notch—from the drywall and flooring to the trim and paint. They maintained a clean worksite and kept us updated regularly on progress and any unexpected issues that arose.

Overall excellent service! I lost shingles during a summer 2023 rain storm. Jose F returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of roofing services.

Hired to make repairs to roof, replace gutter, replace rotting trimming and more. Did a great job. Hired again to replace windows and did an excellent job on that as well. Very responsive and transparent. Will hire for future jobs.

We've had some issues with a leaky roof over the past year. After having two people unsuccessfully repair our roof last year, we spent the last month reaching out to several roofing companies only for them to show up for a consultation and never follow up with an estimate. Over the weekend, I reached out to a few contractors via Yelp, and Jose with Len Home Design contacted me right away. He scheduled an appointment to come take a look on Monday. After he did a thorough check on our roof and going into our attic, he said he could repair the issue the same day. He provided an estimate and left for about 45 minutes to go pick up materials to fix the problem. He spent the next few hours making the repairs and sent us several photos so we could see what was causing the roof issues. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his work ethic and how knowledgeable he was. We asked him to provide a quote for some other issues because we were so impressed with his service.
