The lady that answers Customer Service phones is appalling rude. My goodness! Not everyone knows exactly what your services entail, and even if I did, an attitude like that would surely leave me taking my money elsewhere. I suggest this company hires people that are less miserable to be doing their job.10-4-23 at 4:45p. Didn’t catch her name because she snapped and hung up on me so fast.

Enas Barakat is a terrible pharmacist who does not treat patients equally. CVS should be ashamed to employee her.

It is my practice to start with the positive. In this case the only positive thing is that Omnicare got sold by CVS to Medstar. I am hopeful Medstar will be a more responsible operator. Unfortunately I was a patient at HCRManorCare Tennis Lane. HCRManorCare paid OmniCare a flat rate for all the drugs ManorCare used. I had hit my out of pocket maximum before I even got to HCRManorCare. That did not matter to Omnicare they billed me anyway. I don't know how they even got my address. It took months to resolve. One lady, and I use the term loosely said: "How long have you been in medical billing Mr. Miller?" I said: "I'm an employment paralegal." She said: "I've been doing this 18 years." Maybe it's time for her to find new employment.They eventually acknowledged they were wrong. But I had to work.Maybe MedStar can turn them around.
