For those looking to just get in shape, join our Muay Thai Burnout fitness kickboxing class. This is a uptempo kickboxing class that uses the movements of Muay Thai for a complete total body workout!

So glad I joined this gym to start training! It’s been an amazing experience and I’ve learned so much. Kru Jerome is a great coach and the community is very welcoming. If you’re looking for a gym to start your journey, this should definitely be your top pick!

Great place to train whether you're just trying to get in shape, learn self-defense, or compete in the ring! Jerome is a great instructor and everyone there is super friendly. Pricing is very reasonable as well!
