This is my nail on Monday I did my nails on Saturday mind you I paid $70 to replace a nail and to get my fillings. Thank God I was only visiting. I would not recommend going there.

This family owned business is one of the best nail salons in the Annapolis area! Helen manages her business so well. The store is so clean and neat. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience so pleasant and cozy.

I visited this salon on my bestie's recommendation and absolute love this place. Helen and her daughter took well-care of my manicure and pedicure. They did such meticulous and amazing job for my birthday. I will definite come back next time I visit Annapolis.

Subpar quality and customer service. The finished gel polish was streaky and the nail tech did not put lotion on my toes and heels. I mentioned this to him and requested him put more on those areas, he did an even more underwhelming job while continuing to avoid my toes and heels. Not sure what that was supposed to be but it was awkward to watch and endure. Not only that but this establishment has very questionable hygienic practices. I have been here twice, once where they used COLD damp towels to wipe off my feet (steam is disinfecting... so i'm hoping they disinfect their blue towels otherwise). The nail tech also used a wrench (from a nearby bucket of miscellaneous tools) to unclog my foot basin. Unfortunately I have noticed what seems to be an infection on my feet since (day 3 after) getting pedicure from here. Will NOT be back-- unacceptable, unpleasant, and unsanitary!

I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately they are not very good. The nail texture is lumpy and the shape of each nail is not consistent, even after asking the nail tech to fix a few nails that were off. Also, the paint does not cover the entire nail, specifically on the sides. I was visiting from out of town and did not have any more time left to keep asking for corrections. I won't be back, but if you go, make sure you get what you pay for.Customer service was good.

Clean,caring and trustworthy. Family owned and friendly. I been to many salons over the year but 4 Stars in Annapolis(rte 2) is by far the best nail salons I have ever been too. Worth the visit.
