I came to the shop to get a full set and my toes done. I bought my three children with me to get their feet done, hands and an eye brows done. I had no appointment, and the shop was busy. So I knew there would be a little wait. Anyways they start on me and 1 of my daughters we got our feet done. I finished first and was expecting to get taken care of next, when getting my nails done . But next thing I see is them putting another person in the next chair. I said something and the lady try to say she had an appointment. A lie! The lady came in after me and they asked her if she had an appointment and she said no. The lady walk over to her and said you had an appointment right. The lady said no again, I just walked in. Then she said because there 4 of us and only her that’s y she can go before me.. how is that right? Should I add I’m colored and she isn’t so she goes before me. I’m a paying customer who walked in, just like her. I just paid for what they did do and left because that not good customer service!

This place use to be really gd since management let younger generation take it’s horrible they sat me down in a chair that doesn’t work in the middle of pedicure move me to another chair, never really massage my feet or anything else I wouldn’t recommend this place for no one waste of my and they were all in there laughing until I told I was gonna put up a review

Horrible, not my 1st visit but definitely my last. Several of my nails are so thin they bend in half or cracked on the corners. They literally used the power drill to remove gel polish & removed half of my nails with it to the point my nails were burning from being filed so thin.

Leanna is the best! This is the best nail salon I have been to in terms of service and nice people. I highly recommend you go because of the fair pricing and fire nails.

Leanna is really THAT GIRL! This was my second visit here for both a mani pedi with gel and acrylics. Pedi and massage are always on point, and Leanna just so happened to take care of my full set both times. I give her my ideas and she slays them. Besides that, it's always a really nice vibe in the salon. I will be making Allure my go to spot for as long as I live in Annapolis.

I have been a customer for many years. I called twice today to confirm appointment. I had to pay a babysitter. I rushed to drop my child off. When I got there they refused to honor the appointment because they over booked themselves. They told me to wait around and refused to confirm when they could do the service which is usually 10 min max, my guess is the other appointments they booked at the same time had more expensive services so they screwed me over. I had to leave. couldn't wait around all day until they got around to it because I had another appointment AND a babysitter I was paying.I suggest don't go they don't respect customers or your time and are not honest.
