I never give five stars however they earned it, so my experience with them is this. I just bought a new hypalon dinghy, never hit water yet and I put a slice in it at the rub rail line. I was trying to prepare the boat material for glueing the new davit pads. I'm going on the loop in three days and i needed professional help to fix this tear and mount the davit pads and reg numbers. I found them on the internet and called Annapolis inflatable. I was told they are located below fawcett and to bringthe boat in and so I did. When I got there I asked about how long would it take to fix and was told they are running about a week and a half back log. Oh sh---- I say what am I going to do now I'm leaving on a planned expedition with no dinghy? I explained this to the service manager Travis when I dropped it off. He said he would check it out and go from there. I go back home wondering do I buy a new dinghy or cancel postpone the trip ? I'm supposed to leave the dock Saturday and its Wednesday eve. Much to my surprise I get a call 2 days later Friday 1 pm saying your good to go, come pick it up, since I was going on the trip they did what they could to help me out and get my boat fixed so I could leave on time. They did an outstanding job in record time. I'm sure they had to adjust the work schedule in order to fit me in so I'm grateful and will be a customer for life.JamesUSN

Terrible experience with Travis and the service department on a 2021 Suzuki 90 I had installed on my boat in Sept 2021. The battery failed in less then 6 months. Went to get it replaced for a warranty replacement. Waited weeks just to have them tell me they forgot to charge me for the battery initially and are going to be charging me for the warranty replacement. That is terrible customer service and bad business ethics. Travis then had an attitude and was rude when I asked for them to make it right due to dealer error. They could have done the right thing and owned up to their mistake but Fawcetts/ Annapolis Inflatables decided not to.

Since their recent merge with the talent over at Fawcett Boat Supply I can only report excellent experiences with the refreshed Annapolis Inflatables. Rolando and team did a bang-up job on my RIB repairs and delivered ahead of schedule. Having this level of service available again in the Annapolis area should come as a huge relief for local inflatable owners.

I purchased an AB inflatable that was "in stock" at the sailboat show with additional registration and light kit. I was told they would call for pick up, after 10 days with no call I called and was told I could pick it up on Saturday, 14 days after purchase. On Friday before my scheduled delivery I received a call and was told by the salesmen that they did not in fact have the boat I purchased in stock but they had a very similar and only slightly more expensive boat in stock. I needed a minute to look at the new boat that was offered and see if it fit my needs, he offered to check on possible deliveries of the boat I originally purchased and call me back. I never heard back and after multiple attempts to contact anyone at the shop was finally able to reach another salesman and pass on the message that I wanted the alternate boat which was offered just a few hours prior. The next morning I called and said I was on my way to pick up the second boat and was told they needed to check to be sure this boat was in stock and they would call back before I drove the hour plus to Annapolis. They called back an hour later and informed me that the second boat was also out of stock. At this point I asked for the sale to be cancelled and I am still waiting for $3000 charged to my credit card on 18 October to be refunded. It only took a minute to take the money but apparently at least 3 days to get it back. Don't waste your time, these guys are clearly in over their head and lack any capability to run a serious customer based business.

Jesse and the team at Annapolis inflatables were just fantastic. Really appreciate how they worked with me and met my deadlines so I could used our Dinghy on our cruise. Great advice and great delivery.

Cannot reach the service department and they don't return voicemail. Not happy with a recent repair, but unable to reconcile. Won't use them again.

I have sent 2 emails and left 3 voice mails with no replies. Thus far I would rate their service as zero. All I want to know is if they can repair an inflatable kayak. However, I guess my business isn't even worth a phone call to them.

Service manager is a CROOK; brought a RIB in to have Weaver Davits installed. They said I would be charged by the hour since each boat is different - I didn't have a problem with that. But the procedure took 45 minutes start-to-finish, including the time for the glue to dry. Yet service manager said, with a smug grin, that it was _equivalent_ to 2 hours of work, so that's what they billed me. Didn't really have a choice, needed them to carry the dinghy back to the waterfront. It's two stars instead of 1 because the workmanship has proved to be good. Just get a FIRM estimate of the cost up front. BEWARE!Re: the owner's response, it was one tech working part-time on our boat. He cleaned the tubes and prepared the area, then went away for a few minutes on another project, then came back and glued and applied the pads, then went away on another project. Total time spent actually working on our boat, ~15 minutes, plus 30 minutes for the glue to dry (tech was working another project during the drying time). I know some shady lawyers who aren't so brazen about over- and double-billing.

There are simply too many choices for a new dingy! These guys very quickly narrowed my choice down to the best one (really the only one) that met my weight restrictions. It was a very good experience & I would certainly recommend them if you need help making a choice of boats or even small engines.

Very poor experience. They overcharged me ($420) for boat/motor I purchased. It has now been 7 weeks, and although promised multiple times, we have yet to receive a credit. Our experience is not limited to just the salesman (Jesse) who has promised to make things right on at least three occasions, the accounting department (Andrea) has also failed and merely passed the buck to her boss (Jeff Gillis) who was supposed to call, but of course has not. Talk about a “Used Car” sales policy, this was the epitome.

The inflatable place of Annapolis. Other than West Marine, limited to less than Hypolon materials, it is the one and only that I know of in town. Service is good, prices are commensurate with location. Good quality products.

David sold me a Tohatsu MFS20EL motor at the Annapolis Boat show. In less than 8 months the engine "seized"-had zero compression and a Tohatsu rep in St. Thomas would not warranty the engine repair. So, I emailed David and explained the situation. Did not hear anything. Emailed him again to see if he got my email and he finally said "Oh yeah" and will get back with me. Five weeks later, I emailed David again re: the status. He stated that Tohatsu is "aware of the problem" and is awaiting a response. So, based on David's lack of enthusiasm, professionalism and basic reliability, I knew that would be one long wait- I called Tohatsu directly.

Prior to that, I had even contacted Atlantic Cruising Yachts (the After Sales Service Director) who is next door to these people and conduct substantial business with them. They were unable to make any headway with Annapolis Inflatables as well. So, after explaining everything to TJ (the first person I spoke with at Tohatsu), he said the would get back with me once he spoke with the Tohatsu rep in St. Thomas. With a month, TJ made the arrangements and had the motor rebuilt (under warranty) while keeping me posted every step of the way. Love that guy! David, however, is worthless-terrible service. Would not even buy a dinghy anchor from him. If I could give a negative star-I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
