I went into Athleta to return something I bought online and this store staff wowed me. I decided to try on a sweatshirt while others were checking out in front of me and Shaye immediately stepped in to advise me on the right size and proceeded to give my toddler a sticker. She was so happy! Then, another sweet associate rang me up and on our way out, Shaye gave my daughter a special bag and even helped her put it on her shoulders. It was a wonderful experience..and of course great quality.

This is absolutely the worst location to shop in. I have been in multiple times and no one, no one greets you. Unless you pick up clothes to try on and even then it takes a while to have someone start a fitting room. There was 3 employees milling about today and not one said hi. I used to buy tons of clothes from Athleta, especially this location, but I don't anymore. It's almost like they don't want you in there? Sometimes I leave and I order on line but I'm done supporting this location. I wasn't the only one in the store they ignored. Worst part is one of the ladies is the manager.

Unfriendly staff. Didn’t bother to ask if I needed anything, which sometimes determines whether I want to actually purchase something. All I got were stern looks - is it because I’m Asian? I said “thank you”, even after the poor interaction (or rather lack thereof) and - I don’t know why I bothered because they didn’t bother to reply. My daughter followed up with a “thank you” and still no response. She’s brown too. Maybe that’s it. So sad the world we live in. They don’t even deserve one star, but sadly Google requires it.

I feel that this company is very bad. I bought clothes from their company, and then I refunded them. Their company kept billing me. There are bills, I don't even have a reason for anything, I still have to pay, it's horrible, I have to pay. Hello ladies, don't use their company's credit card to buy things. After you buy something, if you return it, he will ask you to match the bill. So if I go to their company to buy clothes now, I will use my US credit card, I don't Will use their company credit card because I'm too scared.

Received a gift after a major surgery with tags on but no gift receipt. It did not fit so I went to receive a credit and shop for something else. They denied it saying they use a third party when things are returned without a receipt and they won't accept it. I would just shop at Lulu lemon where returns and customer service are always on point.

LOVE this store! Great customer service, if I need a size they don’t have they will order and have item(s) shipped for free! It’s very clean and there is always a friendly atmosphere that puts me at ease to ask an associate for help (e.g., suggestions and opinion on how clothes look on me when I’m in the fitting room, etc.).

I JUST walked out this store after NOT being greeted and rudely ignored! There were other customers (ladies) in the store that a female sales lady walked up to and cheerfully asked "can I help you ladies with anything?" Their response was "we're just looking." I was deciding on which color & how many boxes of masks I WAS going to buy! She NEVER opened her mouth to me! So, I went over to look at other items. A sales person DID come in my direction but she too didn't greet nor ask if I needed assistance. FYI- My intended purchase was a couple of those nice short quilted jackets & a few boxes of masks for my fellow walkers. I promise you, Athleta will NEVER have the pleasure of me walking into any of their stores! Did I mention that the salesperson was white! Racism in retail!! I hope she works on commission! Too bad I couldn't do a minus 1 star!!

The store has good inventory but after yesterday I think I'd rather go to another location or shop online. Customer service is super important and I don't feel like they care about that. When I was shopping around I had a few items and usually they ask if you want a fitting room set up for you, I thought maybe they didn't offer bc COVID, so when I was ready I asked if I could try on some clothes and the response was yes please help yourself to a room and she walked away. Im ok with that thinking ok maybe it's a COVID precaution again. Then I noticed when I was done and going back to get another size to try on there was another customer and she had items too.. she was approached and asked if they could get a fitting room for her. Ok, customers should not be treated different. I could understand if you were busy but at that point there were like 4 or more workers and 2 customers. Then there was checkout. Which is why id rather shop online it's like a chore to them when you want to use rewards that customers have earned! I asked to use my rewards when I was getting ready to pay and I was told "if you use rewards I have to go back to the previous screen." Ok and so what? I don't know how transactions work but I can't imagine going back to the previous screen is so hard, is it? Especially in a store that has more workers than customers. I mean if it is maybe you should ask your customers if they are using rewards so you can prep for it if it is that difficult. I really like athleta and I really like going to stores but honestly my experience online was so much easier. I could enter in my reward codes myself without dealing with poor customer service. I wasn't rude nor was I difficult I just don't understand the attitude when asked to use rewards.
