Unlike any dealership I’ve visited lately. Brad, the salesman showed understanding, honesty and knowledge and I truly felt as though he was walking through the experience of car shopping WITH me, as opposed to pushing me towards something I was unsure of. Jeff, the manager has certainly outdone himself cultivating such a warm and hospitable company. Bravo!

Traditionally, Audi's given me a great customer treatment experience. Every customer service representative has been professional, courteous, and tries to take your interest into account. That'd normally rank them at 5 starsService costs are still grossly expensive. My last service included a break pad and break line repair costing a whopping $2200. 7.5 hours of labor, supposedly. Traded in the car that weekend.So the 3 star rating is meeting them in the middle. 5 star experience, 1 star prices.

I'm well pleased with the video sent by my technician showing the work being done. That's next level. Please remember that details matter. If my car is there for service, please service it completely and turn off all dashboard warnings indicator lights after repairs or routine maintenance. To get the car back, displaying the same indicator lights when dropped off, is disheartening. I will continue to take my s7 to Annapolis Audi because the great service far outweigh any complaints. Thanks guys!!!!

I have experienced bad customer service many times in my life, but I have never been prompted to write a review. I first came to Audi of Annapolis a few years ago. My service person was Soyla. She was very rude, did not answer my questions and acted as though she did not have time for me. When I asked her if she could give me an idea of how long it would take to get it looked at, she rudely told me to pull my car up. I had such an uneasy feeling about my experience I decided to take the vehicle to another Audi dealer. Turns out that there was some metal debris in the engine. The engine had to be replaced. The cost of the replacement was nearly 20K. The Audi warranty covered all of the cost except for a $350. deductible. Had I not been treated so badly by Soyla this repair would have been done in your shop. Because of time restraints I brought my car in on 10/30 to get a head light bulb replaced as well as brakes, sensors and rotors all around. To my dismay Soyla was the only rep available when I walked in. I walked up to her said good morning, she said nothing. I asked her if she could tell me if there were many cars in front of me. She rudely said I don't know and told me to pull my car up. I did and came back to her. I asked her how much the bulb cost. I was quoted $319. When she noticed the shocked look on my face she nastily said " and that's just for the bulb". At this point I decided not to get a quote for the brake work and left. I left a message with Steve the manager, but did not receive a call back. I took my car to my local mechanic and was charged $95 for the bulb and the install. Needless to say I will never return to your shop.

I brought my 2021 Audi A5 in for an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday October 25, 2023. I had a schedule appointment for this service. The next day I notice the tires had not been rotated, despite the fact I paid for the service. I call and notified management and the only thing was offered was for them to actually complete the service.As a customer I should not have to take time out of my schedule, and bring my car back for a service that was not done.On Saturday October 28, 2023 at 830 A.M. I brought my car in for the completion of service. I spoke with Mike Adams the service manger of Audi Annapolis. He apologized for not completing the service and said he spoke with the mechanic and he acknowledges that service was not done. I got my refund back for the incomplete service. However, Mike Adams, did not even offer me any compensation for my inconvenience. I’m a hard working American serving my country. I should not have to take time out of my one day off, because of a mistake that was made by a business. I did not receive any compensation for my inconvenience. Lastly, if you choose to do business with this organization. You must verify the service is done. If I did not reach out, they would have just took advantage of me.

Kim in the service department is great!! I started coming to the Audi Annapolis location after my purchase. Every time I come in she’s always helpful and willing to answer questions I have. Her follow period while my car was being serviced was better than I have gotten from previous shops. Ask for Kim if you’re scheduled for a service on your vehicle. You’ll leave happier than you came in.

The services received at this location are exceptional. My service advisor, Mr. Mike Adams, has always been the consummate professional. He always ensure I receive real-time updates during the course of the service process by way of video to my phone. The service techs explained everything being performed along the way. The waiting area allowed me to get work done during the process. A vehicle was offered but not needed. I bring both of my vehicles here with confidence knowing the advisor and tech team will take excellent care of them ensuring my Audi visit is met with EXCELLENCE! I appreciate the prompt and friendly service that I received at Audi Annapolis. The team was consistently professional, from intake to the service department and cashier. The service department was extremely efficient. I was pleased with the video walkthrough for the undercarriage of my car. The video was clear and the technician provided exact details. Special thanks to service advisor, Jerry Todd. I’m grateful for his thorough communication and excellent customer service. You guys rock!!

Let me start out by saying this review was prompted after a service visit, but Im taking the opportunity to say every level of business I’ve encountered so far at Audi Annapolis has been an excellent experience through and through. The sales team, my sales rep Bill Nash, the car I purchased, my financing and the high quality customer support I get when I take my A5 in for service all deserves 5 stars in my book.Their service team has been a great addition to my overall experience and not only was the service exceptional, the loaner they provided me with while my car was under repair was a beaut. (Audi technologies are superior in my opinion and the loaner just proved to me that it doesn’t matter the class of car your in - it’s all up there)Thank you Audi Annapolis for the continued service and support when needed!

Bill Nash has been fabulous to work with. Even though there were connectivity issues after the purchase he continued to assist with everything he could. In the end I got a fair price, a beautiful vehicle and was happy to come back to Audi. Their service department alone was worth returning to!

At Audi of Annapolis on West Street, the Staff was courteous and professional, and very informative, and had good pricing, and very knowledgeable about the cars. This was my second time going there to get my Audi serviced. Great every time. And I like how they send you a video to your phone on the service of your car.

We have been going to Audi Annapolis for almost ten years now and we have always had good consistent service. The service reps have changed over the years but we are always warmly greeted with a smile and friendliness. We will never go any where else.

Over the past 2 months, I had my four Audi’s serviced there at Audi Annapolis. I always request Jerry Todd because he is very efficient and knowledgeable. He can always answer my questions or find out the right answer if he doesn’t know. He is always straight forward and his demeanor is great.I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years and dealt with a lot of service representatives, but because of Jerry Todd, I will always give my business to Audi Annapolis.Great service.Mark Wallace

The service department check in was very quick and easy. The entire business looks very clean and organized. There are 2 waiting’s areas for service and the one upstairs has ample room to spread out and places for those to log in via their laptop while they wait. All employees i interacted with were friendly. What caused me to rate four stars was the pricing for the service. I called and asked price while making the appointment for the 30k service. I was quoted a price but when i checked in at the service counter the price was about $240 more than the price was quoted. I asked for the optional fragrance and the brake fluid replacement to be removed. Since i have an EV vehicle there is no oil to change so other than some basic checks not much else is performed. Once service was completed the price was about $80 less that what it was quoted when i made the appointment. So I’m really don’t understand why the difference in price. I would return to this dealership but i really need to clearly understand what work will be performed and the price.
