This is a really cool place to go in the heart of the main part of Annapolis. They have vintage books that the proprietor of the shop will explain to you. You can browse for hours here. This shop is close to City Dock and many good eating establishments and shopping shops.

Fantastic store with some rare/first edition books. Always a must visit when I'm in the area.
