Please for your sake, stay away. Truist closed my account unbeknownst to me. Further, their Zelle integration is poor. I created an account just for the purpose of managing the sale of my home. Today, who knows what is going to happen…. I feel so let down, especially since earlier in the day I called and received completely different information.

This location is a joke. If you ever want to walk into a place of business and feel like an elephant in the room, this is the place to go to. Rachel i believe her name is, a banker at this location could’ve avoided all of this mess if there was an explanation at first instead making me ask for further details later on during my visit. My initial answer from her across the room was flat out no, she did give me 2 other options but it wasn’t what i was trying to do exactly. Then when asked said questions it was truly an inconvenience for her, through body language, eyes widened and hand on head as if I’m giving her a headache, when I’m just asking simple questions. Never again. If you are in the Annapolis area go to the one on Generals Hwy. There’s a reason it has more 1 stars than any other rating.

Really great banking but they go nuts with overdraft fees. One day I got three before I was off work. I put money in the bank directly after but had 80+ dollars in fees. Today I went to deposit my federal income check that I've waited since February for but they were behind due to limited workers. They told me I had to wait a week because I couldn't match the amount the check was. All because I went into the negative once... I have to wait 19 days more for a check that's over 3 grand... Hell they could have charged me to cash it like most places and I would have accepted that. Nope.. automatically deposit and wait. I'm looking into new banking.

I have a business account which was transferred from BB&T.Truist is the most Terrible bank I have ever dealt with. Every single time I try to do anything with this bank it's a problem. Every time trying to use online banking and every time trying to call. I cannot call customer service and speak to a representative without spending 5 minutes navigating menus that dont recognize your social security number or tax ID. When experiencing a problem and needing to speak with someone you can almost guarantee 90 plus minutes because you only have about a 1 in 3 chamce that someone will know whats happening.P.S. I cannot speak directly of the individuals inside of this branch Its the company and the unreliable technology they use. If you want to withdraw cash be careful. They dont hold very much money in their bank. They may not be able to fulfill your request. I have had an overwhelmingly poor experience every step of the way with this banks systems. Let Me Have BB&T Back!

This is the bank with the worst ATMs, during the day ATMs work and sometimes they broke but during nights the ATMs don’t even have cash available, I was in this situation one night that I need it to get some cash, it’s was an emergency I went to 4 BB&T locations none of the AMTs had cash available or were not working it was horrible worst bank ever I think it’s time to get my coins out of this bank and move to another one.

I think the ATM is broken more than it works. Couple this with the ridiculous cash withdrawal restrictions, and poor customer service skills of the staff it's like they are trying to keep people's money hostage, so I'm moving my business elsewhere!

One time when I was on the bus on my way one from school, this dude came running out with 2 guards after him. He had something in both of his hands. If I had to guess, one was a gun and the other was a bag of money.

If you are looking for a small business oriented bank, keep looking. BBT does not seem to understand the first thing about small business ownership, in spite of their marketing propaganda. Bank representatives are either unwilling or unable to help with anything. Update 2/25/18 - BB&Ts banking system has been down for three days now, due to a 'technical issue'. THREE. DAYS. No access to online banking or funds. You know, they've had these things called 'back up servers' on the market for a couple of years. But I guess they skimped so they could direct more resources towards their sterling customer service. Not much of a Bank, nor does it merit much Trust. You're better off keeping your money in your mattress. The bed bugs probably have a better personality as well.
