WORST hotel experience ever. Front desk staff is Unaccommodating in every way shape or form that they can possibly be. Had issues with my room It never got resolved. I couldn’t take a shower for three days and the manager could care less.
No help insight in any way shape or form while we were there. And Gary, the front desk clerk is the rudest most unaccommodating human being I have ever seen in my life. Shouldn’t be in the service industry and is an absolute employee that just shows up and doesn’t do anything.. Save your money don’t waste your time. I wouldn’t stay here ever again if it was given to me for free, I would refuse it.. if you don’t like like honesty, don’t read my review. If you like the truth here here it is.

No better place to stay it’s like home away from home the guys at the front desk is awesome especially JAMES always smiling and polite rooms always clean breakfast like making your own breakfast at home I give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plenty of lights all around the property laundry room always clean and fresh 2520 RIVA road Annapolis Maryland

Before confirming the room I wanted to see it and check it, renovated rooms, without carpets, cleanliness and comfort, 4 pillows for each bed (2 Queen size) very comfortable bed, equipped with every comfort, from the iron, to the phone, to the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Quite varied breakfast with hot savory foods.

Not sure what the other reviews are about, but I had a wonderful stay. The room was nice and clean- even behind the bathroom door and other usually neglected spots. Zero bugs, and I slept great. The breakfast was also above board for the price for a night's stay. Omelets, country fries, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and the usual rest. Plus the price is the most affordable in this overpriced town. I travel frequently and will happily stay here again!

The customer service at front desk was great so I kind of feel bad about writing a negative review but it’s a motel not a hotel and I booked hotel through Capital one and they made it hard to cancel the reservation. Room smelled like cigarettes when I walked in and was too far away from the front desk. If you’ve ever stayed in cheap motels you will find no difference in this property except for nicer and more professional front desk staff.

Room was clean. However it was old and the walls are thin. Heard everything the people above me did from shower to walking around. Very sleepless night. Would not stay here again.

Good service and cleanliness; Of the Best Westerns that I know, it is the one with the smallest and most exterior rooms. I didn't like the mattresses, they were extremely soft, they gave me such bad back pain that I chose to sleep on the floor.

Simply put the floors sag, room looked like someone tried to put lipstick on a pig. After wanting to leave within 10 minutes waited 15 to get to the desk because there was a lot of people in front of me I was told to speak to the GM Jim as far as a refund, called Jim every day for 7 days, left atleast 2 voice mails, no returned call ever. Called there main corporate line, they tried and Jim was no able to speak to them. They opened a ticket against the hotel and suddenly the issue was resolved. Simply put spend the $ else where,They don’t care about customers, the manager never once picked up the phone, or returned a call, horrible manger, shotty hotel, location is below ideal. Simply put trash. I was refunded but took having a ticket from the higher ups to get him to do his job. Avoid at all cost there is nicer places to stay.

Very quiet ? which we loved. Excellent location n the room was great for the price. We'll definitely be back.Food & drinks: The breakfast was exceptional ?. The cook Josiah was superb n keeping the food flowing n the dining area clean. Excellent service and great food quality ?Noteworthy details: I just came back n the room n service r still excellent. Gary,Joe n Natalia n Darren r superb motel employees. My every need was met n a timely fashion . The breakfast is 1st rate n a very clean eating area. My lady was n the hospitality arena 20 plus years so we know what 2 look for. Best place I've stayed at n long time.

Well situated for access to Annapolis, lobby is updated and nice. However, sits next a major roadway and the rooms have no sound insulation. We were in the back building and it sounded like we were sitting on the shoulder.Also, breakfast is supposed to end at 930, but they stop refilling food at 830. Show up at 9 and you get cereal.

The rooms were alittle stuffy but the service and breakfast was excellent. There are many restaurants and shops on the other side of the road.

Walking distance to grocery. Helpful clerk at reception desk. Room is a bit dated but acceptable.Breakfast shall be high lighted!!! The best among several hotels of the same level I booked for this trip. Much exceeded expectation. ? Can you image you can have chobani No fat plain yogurt among choices for this hotel? The clerk working at breakfast area is warm-hearted and very helpful.

Guest above us was up all night keeping us awake. No elevator so you need to do stairs if you don't want our experience. :/Room was small but nice.Lobby was nice and good

The service and location was great, but there were roaches in our room. Alive and dead.The staff was kind enough to change my room, but it wasn’t an enjoyable stay.
