Service and customer service have always been perfect here. Unfortunately, not this time. To begin at the start of me standing in line—no one ask could they help me. After a long while of standing in line one service rep asked how could he help me. I told him I was there to drop off my car and he said ok go stand back in line. If management viewed the video they can see it was a while. This last time I was completely stressed out. The day I was suppose to get my car back, I got no call. The service representative was not working that day. No one bothered to let me know what the status of my car was. I could not even get through to the service department. I called three times and was on hold for 45 mins and then got hanged up on all 3 times. I had to contact my usual sales person and ask him to help me get the status of my vehicle. He did. So I was informed I had to wait for a part that would probably come by Monday. So Monday comes and I did not hear from them. I had to call and finally when I get through to the service rep I informed him that I could not make it by closing so please leave the door unlocked I have the code to start the car. When I get there my car was locked. I had to leave town that night. So I had to go to the airport and rent a car. The car rental was over $300.00 dollars. So did not have a good experience this last time. Thinking about going to another service department. It is a shame. This location is very convenient. I am willing to try them one more time. Maybe this was just an off visit to the BMW of Annapolis. I am dreading the next time I have to go. I am hoping that with this review management can find what issues can be worked on and fix them so this place can be like before. Just to be clear my car had great mechanical service but I did not get good customer service.

I really enjoyed my car buying process with the team at BMW of Annapolis. Usually dealerships make me nervous, but this team made me feel comfortable from the moment we met, to when signed the papers. I left the dealership happy. They even called me the next day to confirm that everything was good.Looking forward to my next car with these guys.

Service managers were nice and honest, my vehicle service was top-notch. Repairs are done right and get back faster than the estimate. Only downside is that loaner cars are in short supply, but that's true for most shops around here.

This is one of the best service experiences I have had at a BMW dealership. They went out of their way to accommodate an unexpected contingency that I experienced without going into great detail. I would just say that they are real human beings. They were responsive, professional, and timely. Mr. Butler the service advisor made it all happen, but special thanks to the service department manager, lady and also the lady who just started a few days ago, who took care of my situation and I was treated with respect

The quality of work on my car was good and thorough... Ms Jane's customer service and care was the best that I've ever experienced. The loaner process was smooth and easy. Just a great overall experience

My service rep, Nicholas, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer getting my car serviced at the Annapolis BMW dealership over all of the surrounding ones. I've never had a bad experience there as of yet.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and wanted to share my great experience. My service advisor, Jane fit me into their schedule to get my vehicle repaired when they were booked solid. They figured out my problem quickly and repaired it quickly as well. The bill was very reasonable and they also helped me troubleshoot my phone with the vehicle. I truly appreciated Jane's professionalism and making me feel at home. I will be back and I am requested Jane as my service advisor. She is great. This dealership is well oiled machine. Keep up the solid work and Happy New Year.

Stopped by a few weeks ago to test drive a new I4 Xdrive .I live in Bowie and Annapolis is the closest BMW dealer. Jason showed me the I4 M 50 which also has all wheel drive. It was a beautiful Saturday for a drive.Pros: Car was an amazing driving experience. Very well-built driving machine. Such a great machine that I ended up buying it. Just not from Annapolis BMW.Cons:Did not feel welcome from the initial onset of my arrival.Sales rep Jason received multiple calls while we were in the car for the very short test drive.When I asked questions, he seemed annoyed so I was not able to get all of my questions answered.He also rushed me back from the test drive because he said someone back at the dealership needed him.We got back and I was unable to evaluate the features and accessories . I felt so unwelcome that I left.Summary: great car that handles and drives like a dream. I was sold on the car. But would never step foot in Annapolis BMW again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I visited this dealership (BMW of Annapolis) on 11/11/23 to get an alignment. I waited for almost 3 hours before receiving a text that my car was ready. After I paid, my service advisor Nick told me they couldn’t get my car aligned all the way because of an issue with the front of my car. This information was never provided while I was waiting which I believe was done intentionally. They let me leave with the same issue (car swaying/drifting) as when I arrived at their dealership yet charged me $150. They had a duty to inform me of any issue they discovered while attempting to perform the work so that I could elect to have them diagnosed the problem further and/or fix it. On my ride home, my car was driving worst than before so I pulled over and immediately called the dealership to complain. I spoke to service advisor Nick about the condition of my car which yielded no resolve. I also left messages for the service manager and general manager about the issue. Later the same day, a different service advisor (Justin) called to say he got an email saying to call me about an issue. He’s not a manager neither was he my service advisor so he shouldn’t have been the person to call me. The conversation with Justin went exactly nowhere as he cannot make decisions on a resolution to my issue. On 11/13/23 the service manager called me with a defensive attitude. He wouldn’t take accountability of their mistake and he refused to rectify the situation in any way even though they didn’t complete the service I had paid for and failed to give me critical information that would’ve/could’ve helped yield a better result with my car. The general manager has yet to call me back. I really feel discriminated against each time I visit this dealership because they try to make me feel inadequate in many ways. They try to diminish my vehicle because it’s mileage and year even though I see other customers of a different race with older vehicles being serviced. They make me wait longer than some walk in customers, they don’t provide proper advice about vehicle service, and they fail to provide proper inspection reports that are legible. I will never visit this dealership again.

BMW Annapolis is the Bomb...From sales to service they will handle you in with white glove service. My several experiences have all been with Bryan and several other of the staff. Steve the GM and the rest of the team that interact with you are always kind and looking to help if needed. They even found my dream car 2k under market value in 2 weeks. Can't say enough great things about my experience with them.I'm on Team BMW of Annapolis. Go Team.....

If I could rate this dealership a zero, I would! So let me tell you a quick long story. My husband had his eye on a BMW X7 50M Truck. He finally found one that he was stuck on and so he went on a Thursday to "get numbers". He came home and said they would give him a good price for his trade in but he just wasn't sold just yet. On Friday the dealer called him made him another offer which he accepted and they told him to come in on Saturday at 10:30 to make the down payment so he said ok. At around 10 when he was on his way the sales man called him and said that he apologized but the car just sold. Obviouslymy husband was angry. How can you sell a car YOU called and told me to come and get!?!? So since my husband was livid the salesman got Dan Bailey on the phone. Dan made all these promises and told my husband that he could get another BMW from another dealership without a problem. He was going to make things right. So he told him that he would contact him before the day was over with the information to come back and get his car. Now a whole week has past and he still has not contacted him. So Dan is not only unreliable he is also dishonest. I guess we shouldn't be surprised he is a car salesman. We honestly feel that they sold the car to someone else where they could have made more money because why contact him just to sell the car to someone else. That's bad business. I would expect better from a BMW dealership!!

Buying a used vehicle from Mini BMW was an absolute nightmare. An Audi SUV had just arrived, and it was just what I was looking for. They were not able to resolve an error message on the dashboard, so they took it to Audi to have it fixed, which I was totally fine with. Audi determined the car had been in a flood and Mini BMW could not sell me the car. This was all fine, since the Carfax had nothing about a flood and I truly believe they had no knowledge of it. However, the issue was the car had already been paid for in full. Mini BMW claimed it would take 3 weeks to "unwind the deal", to which we said fine. It's been over a month, and there is still no refund. They claimed a check would be sent out last week after the dealership received a call from us. A week later, still no check. It took an in person visit for the manager to show that a check was written YESTERDAY, even though it's well over the 3 weeks they claimed it would take. Which is crazy to me, because it certainly did not take them this long to deposit the check.

Much different from where I purchased my car in silver spring. In silver spring it feels like the staff have lines that they need to repeat. Annapolis on the other hand is not the "Disney experience" . However, they are good with communication. A part needed to be replaced on my car under warranty and it was handled quickly and hassle free.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience my wife and I had at BMW of Annapolis. Since we were from another state, we worked out all the details via email and text prior to coming and they delivered as promised! Dan the General Sales Manager greeted us and had us work with Bryan. Bryan was great to work with. Although he had another customer present he managed to juggle back and forth to assist both parties in a professional and efficient manner. Alexis the Finance Manager was very pleasant and explained all the paperwork details. I did not experience any pressure or upselling at this dealership. Due to time constraints, I wished they had someone explaining the full functions on the vehicle but the X3 has an onboard tutorial with videos to explain all the functions. I would highly recommend BMW of Annapolis for your BMW needs.
