I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision in Annapolis, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient.
Derick, my service advisor, was exceptional. He was professional, thorough in explaining the repair process, and consistently kept me updated every step of the way—right up to the day of pick-up. The estimated completion date provided early on was exactly when my car was ready, which I really appreciated.
The front desk staff were also fantastic—super friendly, helpful, and informative. Every interaction I had with them was smooth and positive.
Always a pleasure working with this team. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing quality auto body repairs and excellent customer service!

Took my car apart for an estimate. Gave it back to me still taken apart. Charged me 241 dollars and said “it’s not our job to put it back together”

The repairs took longer than estimated but my car was its’ original beautiful self when finished. Thanks to Derek I was always informed on the status of the repairs.

I am very happy with Caliber. Aaron did a great job keeping me informed of progress, parts snafus from Toyota, throughout the time the repair took.
As a whole, this shop is very professional, and provided me top-shelf service. Full stop.
I return to this shop when I need work done because of consistent quality of repair, service and communication.

Aaron was incredible. Very communicative and helped me through the entire profess in a very professional and polite manner. He even surprised me with a reduced bill due to the issues I was having with my insurance. Can’t thank them enough!

Derrick needs communication courses on how to communicate effectively. Tami (manager) needs to acknowledge where they failed and apologize. Also, when a customer has a complaint, you should always introduce yourself. I wouldn’t guess that you are the manager when you never introduced yourself when we first met.

If I could give this location in Annapolis, MD a negative star I would, they repaired a scratch on my door that I didn't authorize after they insisted it was part of the damage even though I never asked them to fix this scratch and of course my insurance did not cover it so they took it upon themselves to fix it without notifying me until my vehicle was ready. I was only supposed to pay my deductible but they added 1500.00 and refused to take it off so I called the police to that location at which time they decided to take off all but 532.37 since they admitted to not getting authorization. I still had to pay my deductible plus 532.37 which I will take them to court. I wish I looked on Better Business Bureau before I took my car there. They have over 50 pages of complaints and many about their fraud and unethical behavior.

Great customer service and communication! They made the whole process very easy, including dealing with my insurance, arranging for a rental car and keeping me informed about my car’s progress. I highly recommend this location!
