My daughter recommended Matt to me. I contacted him and he was there for me on day one. He assisted me with all my questions, gave me suggestions, and personally treated my sell of my condominium each step of the way! Selling a home is one of the most stressful events. Pair this with an upcoming retirement, and stress levels are at an all time high. Thankfully, I had Matthew Bearinger along for this journey! He wasn’t only prepared with research in the area, he went above and beyond on his marketing approach. Matthew has impeccable taste and it shows through his ability to put together the right team to put out quality work and quality homes. His presence on social media and the ways he gives back, also offers another glimpse into his social networks to find the right buyers for each home. For me home buying turned out to be a marathon, not a sprint. Matt was absolutely amazing through the whole process. We must have looked at 30+ houses over a handful of months. He was super responsive and so patient with me! We built such a great rapport that when we'd walk into a house, he would be like "yeah...no" or "this one has possibilities!" I can't say enough great things about my experience with Matt. He's a super great person and one helluva realtor!
