Just purchased an EGO electric riding mower from Cape Ace. Great service. They put it together and delivered to my home! The mower is the gray one which is close to the profile of my old mower, compact. It has a steering wheel that is very responsive turning tight curves. The power is impressive as well as being quiet. The only thing different ( besides not needing gas, oil changes, etc.) is that the blade will not operate in reverse. You need to line up going forward for blade cutting. Not a problem. It drives like a kiddie car. The charger is easy to use with a standard 110 outlet. The cord is long enough. Nice compartment for your phone or other things. Cup holder. Adjustable seat. Percentage of battery power on the dash. Nice mower! Check it out.

Brings me back to my US Navy days, we called it mechanical fingers. Had an automotive fog light bulb break in 2 pieces. Once piece was stuck in the housing of fog light assembly. Auto Mechanic said he would most likely have to take bumper off to remove fog light housing. With a little patience, luck and this AMAZING TOOL, mission accomplished and saved me at least $200. Bonus, the folks at Cape St. Clare, ACE in Annapolis, MD are always pleasant and eager to help! The guy making keys was also easy to talk to and just happy to please customers!

I bought an over priced child’s snow sled there. Didn’t use it and tried to return a few days later. They say they can’t return it because it’s a “storm supply” in the same vein as walk-way saltMeanwhile, the ace down the street in Severna park said they would return it. I’ll be taking my business to that location even though it’s way further for me.

Always friendly staff. It’s always a pleasure to shop there. I tend to find fun things I didn’t know I needed until I saw them. The store is like a combo home improvement and mom & pop general store. Highly recommend!

Made a special trip to the hardware store today and they were closed by 4. Their store hours on Sunday say till 5. Who knows how early they closed prior to that or even open at all. Not even a sign on the entry door to apologize for the inconvenience. They turned away three customers when I pulled in.

They have what you need just like any other ace but if you’re under 18 then don’t even bother. They will treat you like a baby when I walked they all came up to me asking where my parents are and when I said I was alone they proceeded to escort me around the store, like I was a baby. I could barely get what I needed because they rushed me so I could get out of there. I’m a teenager I don’t keep help buying tape!
