really a benchmark for customer service. whether one is in store or speaking to someone on the phone, the women are always personable, knowledgeable and willing to investigate if required. I appreciate every employee I have encountered over the years!

Made a large purchase of clothes/shoes for my grandson on May 26. One item was a pair of sandals. When I took them to the cash to purchase them, there was no price tag. I asked the cashier if she’d like me to go get a pair with a tag, she said no she would manually enter the upc from inside the tongue of the shoe. The shoes were too large for my grandson, he didn’t even try them on as my daughter informed me he wears a 10. I tried to exchange them today, still on the plastic hanger with the elastic joining them together and with the receipt. They refused because they didn’t have a tag, the same tag that was missing when I purchased them but happily took my money. Obviously they lack customer service, they should never have sold me the shoes without a tag if that was their return policy. Bye Carters, I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Corporate was of no help either!

The manager her name is Chelsey, she’s a very rude woman who has no manners. I placed an online order for my infant it was my first time and when I went inside the store no one greeted me or said hello instead both woman herself included and the other associate were talking. I see my name on the bag for the order I placed and she yelled at me and said EXCUSE ME MAM YOU NEED TO PUT THAT BAG BACK!!!! I felt very embarrassed anyone can make a mistake but that was no reason to speak to me like a was a child. Absolutely disgusting woman. She should be fired

I am so glad that I stopped in to the Carter’s store at the Festival at Riva shopping center. I was assisted by a delightful and knowledgeable clerk by the name of Sarah. Sarah was helping me find the appropriate size for my granddaughter. Not only did Sarah immediately go to the merchandise I wanted but when I asked for additional items she immediately took me to where they were. I was very impressed with Sarah’s knowledge of the stock on hand and by her wonderful customer service. Thank you Carter’s for employing top notch staffers like Sarah.

My daughter was in need of new clothes as she grew out of them so quickly. Since I was in the area, I decided to check Carters out to see what kind of sales they had going on. I was able to score a few deals such as a pair of black boots with cat face on the back, 3 pairs of pants, pair of pjs, and 4 tops--total $70. Ideally, I would have liked to spend less than that. One top rung up less than the tag price. The cashier was nice. My experience was good.

Who doesn't love a children's store? I get to shop in a fun place for my grandchildren, and the clothes are of excellent quality. I also purchase sleepers and make doggie pajamas out of them.
