Had a major setback with my Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3 Plus tires purchased elsewhere over two years ago. Sought assistance from Chaney for one damaged tire but turned out tire couldn't be repaired. Moreover, found out from Michelin that this model was "discontinued." Thus, had to buy 4 new tires. Bummer. Had only 24K miles on the tires. Nevertheless, got great assistance from Robert Harris regarding purchase of new tires and, more importantly, dealing with Michelin for warranty issues. The techs also were on the ball and corrected a lug nut/stud connection and expertly installed the new tires. In summary, I strongly recommend this particular tire shop. The employees work very well together and they make sure the customer is satisfied.

Took older vehicle in to have AC repaired. I have had additional problems with the AC but it has been a year later. Each time I brought the vehicle back, Cliff did not charge for many of the repairs to get it working again. Excellent customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm new to the Annapolis area and my Range Rover needed an oil change so I chose Chaney based solely on these reviews.. I don't think I've ever seen another business with all five star reviews but they certainly earn it. The service was fast, friendly and affordable. I will definitely be back.

THE BEST. When I was brand new to Annapolis my fam referred me to these guys. It’s now been 3 years and I go no where else for my oil changes and tire rotations! I travel for weddings …. This place is great! I’ve had both my cars tires replaced and serviced here. They always take care of me. Just the other day I hit a curb and put a hole in my sidewall in my brand new tire. I was expecting a hefty price tag upon picking it up. To my surprise, I had the tire warranty package!! Yay for me! They are always willing to help. Thank you Chaney Tire!

I've been coming to Chaney for many years for all my car servicing needs and I've never been disappointed. They are fast, accommodating and very fair with their pricing. They don't push services and I have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or overcharge.

My vehicle caught a flat and it was towed to Firestone and I was told they didn't have the tire in stock and couldn't get it until Tuesday. Chaney Tire & Auto not only had it in stock but could replace it the same day. After 5 and 1/2 hours and 3 failed attempts of getting the vehicle towed less than a mile, the tow truck finally picked my car up from Firestone and I called Chaney at 4:20 and explained everything that had happened and he told me to come on in even though he was supposed to have closed at 5pm. When I got there at 4:55 they welcomed me with the biggest smiles on their faces as I thanked them and apologized profusely. They were so understanding, kind, patient and helpful. We definitely need more people like them in this world. My entire day I spent on the phone trying to get my vehicle towed to have my tire replaced. Which should've been so simple. In the process I encountered so many attitudes, unprofessionalism and just plain rudeness and maybe a hint of racism. So for them to have been so kind, when they were literally waiting on me (pretty much all day) at that moment, meant the world to me. If I could give them a millions stars I most definitely would.... I will be referring anyone and everyone I do and don't (really) know their way!

Excellent service having some new tires mounted on some old rims of mine. I usually service my own vehicles because I know how hard it is to find a good mechanic. This time I just couldn't spare a moment, so I dropped off everything to them and got them back a few hours later. This really is a very good shop.

I now understand why these people are 5 star! I will be back here for as long as I am stationed here. Tires needed replaced, took the car in the morning, they told me the tires I needed were not in stock, but they could get them by 3. They called me as soon as they came in, and I brought my car in. I am not kidding around when I say I was in and out within 20 min with two new tires. They had a great attitude the entire time with no BS and absolutely no sensitive culture avocado toast prices. Just two older men who like messing around with cars and know their stuff.

Tire shop that doesn’t put air into tires. I met Robert behind the front desk, who stated that he had been working there for 14 years and sheepishly said they are just too busy despite the parking lot being empty. I will certainly never be going to the shop for any business. I went up the street to Firestone. They were able to fill up my tires in less than three minutes.

These guys are honest and get it done. Over the years I’ve come in many times for tire repair and they have always gotten me in when even when busy!!!
