The entire time we worked with Chase properties they were always helpful in getting things done. Their handyman is out of this world!! I had such a great experience that I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Only cares about you as a homeowner when taking lions share of first months rent, during and once the contract is up forget about it. Never returned phone calls or emails towards the end of my time with her which made closing out the lease even worse. When my tenants moved out she waited till the end of the 30 days to do a “walk through” and missed so much that I am now responsible for (broken microwave handle and broken oven drawer). She never returned my mail key or house keys and stopped returning emails and calls when I asked where they were. Go with Annapolis Property as they are dedicated and have other employees to cover when someone has a family issue.

Do not recommend Chase Property at all. Darlene's communication is abysmal and she treats tenants and homeowners badly.

I would not recommend this property management company. They did nothing for me as an owner. If I had a question concerning something, since I live out of state it would take Darlene a long time to get back to me or she didn't at all. My water bills were addressed to Chase so that Darlene could ensure the bills would get paid. I just had a past due water bill from my previous tenants that was for 2 bills not paid, a total of 6 months. Not acceptable. I questioned Darlene numerous times about the water bill being paid. She replied a couple of times. The bill had to be paid by Dec 13, 2017 which in the morning time it was still showing unpaid. I sent Darlene a text on Dec 12, 2017 concerning the water bill not being paid, she was suppose to contact the county and get back to me. Guess what she didn't. I texted her again on Dec 13, 2017 @ 10:00 am asking what she found out when she contacted the county, again no response from Darlene. Horrible way to run your business. Later that afternoon the website for aaco showed the water bill had been paid. Thank goodness since Darlene couldn't respond back to me. When my tenants lease was up in a year Darlene failed to get a new lease signed even though I questioned her numerous times about it, which she never got back to me in regards to the lease being signed. My ex tenants were able to break the lease and move out since Darlene had not gotten a new lease signed. When my tenants moved out Darlene failed to do a walk through because the tenants and my husband (which has no legal obligation to the house) told her the house was ok. As the owner I was under the impression she would do a walk through, she told me the time of 4:00 o'clock was scheduled for the walk through and she showed up at 4:30. 30 minutes late no wonder everyone told her it was ok. However the tenants left writing on my wall and Darlene didn't want the ex tenants to be responsible since she didn't do the walk through and threaten me she was going to her lawyer. I kindly told her that she could go to her lawyer but she hadn't done her job that I had hired her to do. She never got a new lease signed as stated in my contract and that I didn't give my husband permission to tell her not to do a walk through which she was 30 minutes late for, that her legal obligation was to me and not my husband. Plus other things were discovered in my house that I'm sure Darlene didn't want brought up. Also, there are other property management companies that let you know if there is a problem with your property no matter $ amount, Chase does not, you find out when your deposit for the month is less than you expected. If you question Darlene, she doesn't respond or takes her a long time. When there is a problem Darlene likes to use people that she knows which they charge an outrageous price. I had an issue with my deck (Darlene had her guy look at it and he wanted to charge me 2,500.00) I had a friend of mine that does construction look at the problem he was able to do it less than $200.00. What a difference. Also other management companies do more and take a smaller percentage than Chase. I suggest you call around before choosing Chase. Also I found my current tenants and my tenants that just left in November. Chase basically collected money without doing their job. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there was no option for nothing. Chase is poorly ran. Chase terminated their contract with me which was fine because I would have terminated the contract myself. They are horrible as a property management company. There are better options. Again I stress to look elsewhere and not hire Chase Property Management.

I have continued to use Chase Property Management since March 15, 2013. All of my requests and/or concerns were answered promptly and appropriately. Darlene Marks is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and hard-working property manager. Thank you.

My initial experience with renting from Chase Property Management has been nothing short of pleasant. When seeking an apartment and filing my application, I appreciated the consideration and help I was met with. The whole team is eager to do a good job and has been responsive when approached with a concern.Overall, I would recommend this company for the professional and diligent treatment they give their clients.

I had a very small window to find a place to stay and found a home on the Chase website and Zillow. Felecia was extremely attentive, professional and honest. She worked with me based on my family needs and from the first moment made the experience focused on what is best for the potential tenant, not just getting the house rented. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with this company! They are very professional and courteous.My husband and I were PCS'ing from Germany to the States, so we were looking for a house to rent around Annapolis. Well, we saw this house and contacted the agency and explained that we couldn't possibly arrange a viewing due to the circumstances and this young lady Felecia showed us the house via Skype. It worked perfectly! She actually took the time to show us everything in detail and it was really nice, as you can't always tell what a house really looks like by looking at pictures.I totally recommend this agency!
