Recently bought a used car that needed an oil change. They accommodated me even though they didn’t have appointments for another week- after I told them I didn’t know when the oil was changed last. Everyone at the shop was really helpful, made me feel at ease and great waiting area. Would definitely recommend.Service: Oil change

I was referred to Chesapeake Imports by a friend who suggested I give them a try instead of the Mercedes-Benz dealer. Am I glad I did. Frank, my service advisor was great. He kept me informed on the process, what was needed, and when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up. Personable staff, professional and friendly. Above all else, excellent price compared to the dealer. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for service on their import.Service: Auto maintenance

My wife and I were on a road trip in our newly restored 1971 Triumph TR6. We lost an exhaust hanger and developed an exhaust leak between Ohio and Annapolis and needed help fast so we could continue our journey to MA. Rick and the folks at Chesapeake Import Services were super busy that day and asked me to leave the car with them so they could try to fit it in. That was mid-morning. By 3:30 I got a call that the car was done. Not only was it done professionally, it was a totally reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks, and if I was local I would most definitely have a new favorite mechanic.Service: Exhaust

I appreciate the reasonable cost of service and also the explanation of the work that was done in a way that I could understand. Frank did a really great job going over everything with me and Rick is always very communicative which puts me at ease any time I bring my vehicle in.

they fixed my car in one day. Work well done, friendly and always do great work. they put in a new alternator, charged my battery and fixed a couple other things they found needed fixing. Always friendly and they have a lovely place to wait if you need it.

A great place to take your Mini. I definitely feel more comfortable taking my Mini here than the dealership. No hatred towards the dealership, but I've always felt like the folks at Chesapeake Import Services and I were on the same team. I've never felt pressured into a service/repair. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick turn around. I will definitely be taking my somewhat aging Mini here for years to come.Services: Tire rotations
