waited on the phone for 1hr and no one picks up. just keep cycling the msg all agents are busy thank you for your patience. Forget about making payment without getting a service fee added on top of it. They will milk you anyway they can!

Inefficient wouldn’t even be able to describe this organization and the office located at 60 West Street. Expect to spend at least 1.5 hours in this office when you come to the office.
