My experience today was horrible! Why leave an employee that has NO clue how to work the register? Also sale prices are NOT programmed in register. My cosmoprof credit card would not go through I called customer service and they said that there was NO reason for it not to go through I can only guess she was hitting wrong key!!! You lost a $58 sale because of this! She was awful and not trained well at all!!! Poor lady!! Inventory is horrible too!!

Lots of stuff here but a lot is often out of stock. The service is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's exceptional and other times you go unnoticed.

I have been coming to the store for years. It's clean, organized, easy to see through and find any item. Today I wanted to return a few products I didn't use. They told me my bottle is missing liquid. I honestly have not even took it out from my shopping bag nor used it. This was exactly the condition it was sold to me. Proper customer service I would expect to say, we can't take it back but you can get a gift card. Not a big deal on something under $10. I work customer service for 30 years and that's how we handle any issu. But here they kept arguing with me and coming back with the reply that they never sell it like that, like they had to have their last word and I can go to another store location. The young manager came out and she kept screaming back at me, when I asked her to stop yelling at me she lost it that she had to turn her back and leave. The cashier kept having her opinion how they don't sell it like that for like the 8th times repeating herself. I said you are right I just really want my refund and leave, but kept it on that she does what she wants, I can't tell her what to do. I totally stopped talking. She still hasn't stopped and kept coming on with passive agresszív statement to hope you have a happy Easter and hope you have a beautiful day. All of this was absolutely not necessary. The world would be better with more understanding and helping people. Iif you can't take it back it's okay but then saying to give a gift card meanwhile still blaming me is bad customer service. Pick your battle. I'll keep her wish and will visit another location, otherwise it is a good store
