Nice store but C&B fulfillment is bad. You can buy a piece of furniture only to find out it's out of stock. It's absurd that in 2025, they can't figure out inventory & delivery time.

I’ve always had pleasant interactions with every employee I’ve encountered, and the store has a nice curation of Crate & Barrel’s most popular items. Their kitchen gadget and glassware sections are particularly well-stocked, which has been a lifesaver when we’ve needed very specific items fast.

Management of this store needs to either be replaced or retrained. Rude, dismissive and a total lack of courtesy or accountability.

Sincerely disappointing service on today’s shopping trip. We must have walked past 6 employees before one asked us if we needed anything. Two of the employees we passed twice and stood near for minutes while showing interest in Breville coffee makers. Unfortunately they were more interested in conversation with each other than greeting us or inquiring if we needed assistance or more information on what we were browsing. As customers we did not deserve to be ignored. We likely would have made a purchase if it weren’t so obviously ignored by nearly all on staff. I would not recommend this location.

This is far worse than anyplace I had to deliver. U can stay in any parking lot no one bothered me. My grip is that their is no delivery signs no one answer the phone. I have an 8 o clock appointment and the store says it open at 9. I still haven’t found a dock yet I don’t know if they off load in front of the store before they open. I will stick to the DC not to the mall or stores

Literally got stolen from by this store. Had to file a dispute with my bank because they didn’t refund me nearly $200 from a return. Contacted customer service and they told me to take it up with the store. I have never had such a bad experience with a company.
