Throughout the entire process, Kurt and team were very communicative and helpful when navigating the other person's insurance company. They fought to ensure that the quality of the repair would be up to standards, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for any repairs.

They replaced the driver side door and a dented fender on my Audi A5. It looks as good as new, so very high quality work. Also, the car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up.

Criswell Collision is the most professional and thoughtful auto body repair shop around. The natural mindset of having to have your car repaired after being hit is not good. Criswell makes it as manageable and easy as can be possible from the moment you walk through the door to when you drive your finished car out of their facility.

I had an accident that caused moderate front-right damage to my 2017 Honda Civic. My insurance company had it towed to Criswell, and they were great from start to finish. I got quick estimates, clear communication, and my car was ready two days earlier than expected. It looked better than it has in years—and the detailing was amazing! Everyone was friendly, patient, and professional. Highly recommend.

I recently dropped off my Maserati Levante to have some repairs done on the front bumper, passenger door, and rear lift gate. Not only was the staff extremely helpful and kind, but Mr. Thompson was very personable and easy to work with. The quality of work is exceptional and the prices were much more satisfying than other collision centers in the area. Fingers crossed I don't have to get anything else repaired on my car, but if I did, Creswell Collision Center would definitely be my first choice! Thanks Kurt and Staff!

I had a great experience at Criswell. They handled everything for the repair directly with the insurance company and Enterprise for my rental. My car was returned good as new and they even detailed it!
