Everyone needs a Christine in their life. She is the manager at this location and she went above and beyond to help us rent a space. She was so helpful that even if this storage facility was the pits (which it isn’t, not by any means)I’d still recommend it.The location is easily accessible, clean, well managed, has great hours, and was a breeze to rent and unload our items into. I highly recommend, especially if Christine is available to assist along the way.

I’ve been with CubeSmart since 2021 and when a came to a cross road, CubeSmart didn’t kick me to the curb, but showed compassion and I was so appreciative. They really didn’t have to, they could have just stuck to their policy, but I found out they run a people business and I am so grateful I was here.

Super easy to make a storage reservation, load up the app and move in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TOO EXPENSIVE!! I got another larger unit at another storage facility for less than half of the small one there. And they don't raise their rent every 3 months like Cube Smart. My advice is to go to another facility and get out of Cube Smart!

Poor service in office. Price increase too often & too much. Can’t use their dumpster. U have to take your trash in your car & find a dumpster somewhere else. Climate control not adequate. Mice!!! Suggest u try finding a storage facility other than Cubesmart

Christine at the Annapolis location has been such an incredible help! I moved to the storage location a year ago, and downsized and just recently moved out yesterday back to Florida! She helped me through all of these transitions and I appreciate her so much! I would 100% use cube smart again and hope that each interaction could be just as great as working with Christine!Thank you

Storage areas and units were kept clean, love the hours of availability, and staff helped out when needed.

Never enough carts. Too frequently there were none available. Also, rent was raised nearly 50% in four years. Otherwise, neat clean and a nice restroom facility.
