This is consistently the worst CVS Pharmacy I've been to. This location is new & empty. I wanted to like it, yet I've given it 3 tries and every time there has been a problem. First they couldn't fill my Xeralto for 2 weeks. Good things it wasn't heart medicine or I could've expired waiting for it. Next the drive thru was closed. No sign blocking the drive thru and no sign at the window. Just metal shutters closed. The third time I was trying to pick up my son's prescription and they closed early for lunch. I rushed there just to catch them before their lunch break and they closed 10 minutes early. Ugh. If you need a longer lunch just post a longer lunch time! PS I've found the 24 hour CVS on Riva Road is reliable and well staffed with courteous employees.

Lucy is so kind and helpful every single time I come to store she helps me be ready with all the things I need! She is an amazing team member for the CVS store! Thank you Lucy!

I picked this CVS for my prescription because it is so close to my house, but I'm definitely changing to a different pharmacy. The wait times are ridiculous, and the only time I've ever been approached by an employee was when they were trying to follow me out of the store to accuse me of stealing. They need to cut their loses and shut this place down.

After forcing the customer to use self check out... watching the customer from a chair tear apart the coupon the "ask for help" button brought a CSR who then voided the coupon. How is that help?? This is the second time this exact thing happened to me and people in front of me. The whole system is a rip off. They print out reims of paper and then provide zero benefits.

Hire more managers like Lucy. Ensure that all CVS have the appropriate customer service training that comes naturally to people like Lucy.

Don't ever go there without a prescription in hand. The pharmacist "team" will without fail say they never received a prescription called into them. It happens every time from all doctor offices. Plan to be told you must wait for a long time for prescription filling or general service. Avoid this location if you can. Overall store is okay but pharmacy section needs a lot of work/change to become competent.

I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, the computer said the prescription was out of stock, but they were slow so pharmacist went above and beyond and went to check the safe and it happened to be available, I got it filled in less then 10 minutes! Also the techs and the pharmacist were so kind to my baby she was having so much fun! I come here all the time and sometimes have a longer wait or the prescription isn't in stock but I think that's to be expected, some stuff is out of their control and I know they are overworked since I always see the same people there all times of the day. I think that when people go the extra mile to make something happen and are friendly that is a 5 star moment, and when things dont go so great you can't blame good people who are trying their best.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life in any industry or service, period! Experienced on multiple unrelated occasions as well. The pharmacist or tech (who would not provide her name) is downright rude and will even hang up on you. This is almost always because they are understaffed and overbusy.

Literally ALWAYS a waste of time. This store absolutely is the worst, don’t waste your time or money in the dump. Go to Walgreens 5 minutes away. Will NEVER be returning. Thanks for nothing CVS.

Good lord, does CVS pay their employees extra to be apathetic? I sincerely believe frowns are incentivized. Hey, I don’t wanna be here talking to you either.

Highly unprofessional pharmacy tech. Rude and grumpy. She could not answer simple questions and then refused to allow me to speak with a pharmacist directly. When asked why, she hung up on me. Wow. Run and go elsewhere. There's zero concept of customer service here. What a shame. Train your workers or replace those who don't understand customers service. We are your business. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect, not disdain.

Great customer service. I went to CVS at Bay Ridge to shop because my online order kept getting canceled. I reached out to Ms. Anja when I was shopping. I told her my problem with the online order, and she did not hesitate to help me. It took her less than 10 minutes. I placed an order for in-store pickup on my phone, and it worked. I can't speak for the Pharmacy staff, but the staff in the store while shopping here are very helpful.

If it wasn't for my company using CVS Caremark for prescriptions I would stop going here in a heartbeat. Let's start with Rachel the manager, what an absolute B**H! Hangs up because she doesn't want to hear complaints. Then you have the lazy pharmacy lackys. I was sitting in drive up queue for over 10min. Just as I pull up to the window the lazy lacky closes the gate, going to lunch. SERIOUSLY?!!!? I had been waiting already. They are so lazy they can't take 2 min to fill a Rx for a customer that has been waiting. CVS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. The entire staff at this store is lazy and rude. Don't bother trying to ask to find something. They act like it's a hardship to be bothered.UPDATE: The pharmacy has upped their game since the issues that plagued this CVS. Not great, but much better. Big part is due to understaffing. The pharmacists have been very helpful when I've had questions and needed help. They even went out of their way to get best discount on needed insulin medication that was $900/mos. YIKES!

Shopping inside the store is fine but the pharmacy needs help and the drive thu is rarely open. Under staffed and changing of staff is common. This has caused problems with lack of medicine that you need and long wait lines or times to get your meds. Very frustrating!
