They had tags with false advertising on some groceries products. Tag said buy one, get one for free and when I was in the self-checkout offer doesn't apply. I asked to the manager and the manager was very rude, even me showing the tag and she read what the tags said. Manager was trying to look for an excuse to don't give me the promotion. Bottom line, since she was disrespectful, I just walk away... sincerely I NEVER will be back to this store...

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this pharmacy. I’m glad I am not the only one leaving a negative review. My provider had sent the wrong dosage amount by mistake to this pharmacy. I pay for it and realize later that it’s the wrong dosage amount. I notify my provider of the discrepancy, and he sends the correct dosage over. Since I paid out-of-pocket for the incorrect amount, I attempted to return it with an original receipt but was met by a cold and unfriendly pharmacist who refused to refund my money, saying it’s the provider’s fault. Earlier my mother attempted to return that same medication and was told by that same pharmacist that she would just require a receipt. So why lie to my mother and tell her you could refund it?

Two girls at the front store were very unprofessional I went in to be seen at mini clinic I wasn’t sure if anyone was in the room bc it said closed for lunch so I knocked at the door one of the Spanish employees started yelling at me callin me all kinds of names bc I knocked at the door as I was leaving the two Spanish girls started to threaten me called me out my name and told me unless I wanted to fight them o can leave I’m not sure where they find these employees from but they don’t need to be working in this line of work if it gets to the point as to where they are making threats VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 3 years and it’s the same issues of miscommunication and poor customer service. It’s so bad, I thought I know other people are leaving reviews so eventually they’ll get it together. Umm…no. If anything it’s worse! The employees seem like they could care less. The drive thru is almost set up/forces you to go in and wait in their long line. You also can’t call and speak to someone anymore. You HAVE to call leave a voicemail to speak to someone. If you call up front to speak with the pharmacy, they’ll tell you to call again and leave a voicemail. The whole pharmacy set up and their employees are horrible. Finding a new pharmacy.

I came into the store with my grandson to get a prescription filled. It was late around 8pm so I expected it to be busy. When we got there it was about 5 people in line already. So I knew it would be a wait. I dont know the name of the gentleman who was operating the pharmacy drop off area but he was amazing! He was going back and forth and operating from 2 registers. I even saw him go to the drive up window as well. I wish I had gotten his name because he really got those customers out of there. I can only describe him as a older gentleman, with gray hair that wore glasses (sorry). But thanks to him.....my grandson did not have to wait long. Maybe 30 minutes tops! Congratulations on taking control of a hectic situation and making it bearable. Thank you Again!!!

Worst experience. So incompetent it's crazy. A prescription for sent there on accident and trying to deal with getting the prescription is horrific. They thought I was someone else...which I gave them birthday and name and they completely messed up and tried to give me someone rides prescription. Then having them try to take my instance card was crazy. Then having to wait...I understand why it has the horrible rating it has.There needs to be more oversight from people who know the job.
