Exceptional service from young lady who offered to help with checkout without being asked. Go to this cvs for respect, efficiency, friendly & helpful staff.

Worst experience. So incompetent it's crazy. A prescription for sent there on accident and trying to deal with getting the prescription is horrific. They thought I was someone else...which I gave them birthday and name and they completely messed up and tried to give me someone rides prescription. Then having them try to take my instance card was crazy. Then having to wait...I understand why it has the horrible rating it has. There needs to be more oversight from people who know the job.

Had a 30% off 1 item coupon and it didn't allow me to apply it. Employees are friendl and helpful.

Rude, lazy, insensitive and most of all - very, very stupid. But I’m guess that’s the brand now.

The chain is not up to prevent people from going through the drive-thru, the recording is on telling us to wait for an associate yet there is no associate coming and we are forced to go inside and walk to the back of the store when basically we can't walk very well.

I would like to say that this CVS afforded me the most unprofessional experience that I’ve had at a pharmacy both in person and over the phone. One of the workers became visibly upset with me for asking a question. Later that day she lost her patience with me when I asked a question over the phone and began to yell at me. To care for people and their illness is a privilege, one which this woman does not deserve. I will never return to this facility. I will most certainly file a targeted complaint against this employee as well, to prevent others from being treated this way. Simply unacceptable in a professional workplace.

They don’t answer their phone and if you’re able to leave a message, they don’t call back. They don’t contact you so you have to show up to see if your prescription is ready. I went in today for a prescription and they wouldn’t fill it because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. So I had to wait an hour for them to fill it and even though I spoke to the insurance company in the time I waited, I still had to pay out of pocket. I was told that Edwina is the name of the pharmacist but it doesn’t matter because there’ll be a new one in a couple of months. It’s never the same faces. You’d think the company would be doing something about this. One girl running two registers while there are ten people in line waiting and five other people working back there with her. They don’t even deserve one star but they make you give it to them in order to submit your review. The 1.8 rating tells it all.

Avoid this place at all costs for your pharmacy needs. Or pay the $5 a month to have your prescriptions shipped to you directly through the app. There is never enough people working in the pharmacy and the line is always stupid long. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Most of them working in the pharmacy have terrible attitudes and personalities as well. Go somewhere else.

Very rude and short when I asked questions and requested a different generic. "Theyre all the same" was their response when yes technically they are but when you've been on one for a long time, why would you want to switch to a different one if you didn't have to. Luckily the cvs in target right by it is great. Worth the annoying parking garage and target/town center traffic to go to the better cvs.

The worst pharmacy. They never have your insurance info saved, even though you give them the same info every single time, they don’t care they have lines of people, and don’t care if they come off as crass when asked to simply do what is expected of a pharmacy.

Man, what is the problem here?? This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. The staff is rude, short and unhelpful. I just moved here and this location is down the street from house, but I probably need to find a more capable and professional pharmacy that is less convenient to home base. Expect an all engulfing negative vibe as you approach the counter. CVS should probably fire everyone in the pharmacy and start fresh.

This pharmacy has possibly the worst customer service in Annapolis. I waited in their drive through today to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready several hours previous. I wait for 45 minutes in their painfully slow drive through. When I got to the window, it was at least 5 minutes before the representative acknowledged me. When she finally did, she told me that my prescription was not ready yet and they would have it ready in another 15 minutes. And no, I couldn’t wait in my car, I would have to go into the crowded store to wait. Absolutely ridiculous.Bottom line: if you want service, pick another pharmacy.

Called the pharmacy and after waiting on hold for 45 min a pharmacy staff member with a horrible attitude answered. Everyone is so rude here. I can tell why they are rated 1.8 stars.

Should be able to give zero stars, my pharmacy was closed so the hospital sent my script here because they were the closest 24-hour pharmacy and I needed to start the medication tonight, this was my first time ever going to a CVS pharmacy, keep that in mind. I shouldn't have a profile in your system, when I get there and tell the woman I've never been to a CVS pharmacy before she said what is the birth date, so I tell her, she the ask for last name (I have a hyphenated last name) I tell her, she repeats one of my last names back to me, I again repeat my name (hyphenated) she ask if i still have Kaiser for insurance, I've never had Kaiser and I shouldn't have a profile in their system because like I said I've never been to a CVS. I tell her no I never have, she asks for my insurance card, which I give her in confusion as to how I'm in the system. I wait and then the guy calls me over to the checkout, he tells me to verify the phone number on the keypad, it has a California area code it's not my number at all. I bring this to his attention and tell him that's a bit scary to which he says "it's not scary it's probably just a system mishap, I'll look into it" so I once again bring up my concerns that the phone number is wrong and you have insurance on there in a profile when I've never been to a CVS pharmacy, again he says " I'll look into it". So once paying and being given the bag with the medicine I go with my gut feeling and look at the sticker on the bottle to which it had somebody in California with the same first name and the same last name (as part of my last name). So now this guy in California on his profile has my insurance and my phone number, I go back to tell the guy and he says he'll fix it. He said since we had the same birthday (all they had was the month and year, not even the day) and the same last name ( we don't, again mine's a hyphenated last name) He comes back and says it's fixed and shows me where my last name is on the paperwork, I tell him my last name is hyphenated to which he asked me "do you want it hyphenated" to which I tell him yes it's my legal last name. So he assures me it's 100% fixed at this point, that the other guy's profile no longer has my insurance on it. When I get in the car going home I look at the paperwork it's still just as my birthday as a month and year no day. I'm not confident that things are fixed so I'm going to go back up there tomorrow to make sure my insurance and phone number are off this other guy in Californias profile. This should have never happened, it could have been easily avoided by verifying simple information but instead they decided to ignore my concerns before it even went to check out. I will never be getting scripts at the CVS again.
