I left my wallet at Dollar general on hillsmere avenue in Annapolis, Maryland.. I had quite a bit of money in that wallet and the staff. Wayne. Saw my wallet held it in the office and when I called they said it was there for me to pick up. My wallet still had all the money in it as well as all my credentials.. TOP NOTCH STAFF MEMBER WAYNE IS A GOOD MAN .THANK YOU

Absolutely terrible customer service as usual at this location. Employee at the register on cell phone did not acknowledge me or did not say hello or thank you when I left the store. Will never ever come to this location ever again.

They watch you if you are black. The white guy with the fake security vest came in to watch me and my mother use self checkout. Immediately he walked away when we were done. This is hands down the dirtiest of dollar stores overall so the audacity is insane. Work on not pushing paying customers away because you think they are stealing Easter decorations.

We had skateboards so one of the employees stared us down and then said stop messing around and doing Tom foolery but we weren’t, we were there just to buy stuff for our dogs. He said he was suspicious because he satares us down so we stared at him back. really disappointed with my experience if I could rate it a zero I would. people like this should be fired on the spot. do not recommend. stores a mess.

Great place. The lady I interacted with was very kind, pleasant change from other dollar generals Ive been to. I think her name was Tera? Hope that is correct so she can receive the credit she deserves. Definitely will return.

Wonderful service I didn’t have one problem, when I needed help someone was there, her name was TeRah Ybarra! Such a sweet girl!I would definitely come back!! Thank you for the wonderful service you provided me in all my shopping needs!

Walked in expecting the same customer service I get at my home town DG (burnet texas) and it was the complete opposite! Best service ever from a girl named TeRah! She was awesome! And her hair!!! GOALS!!!

The atmosphere has completely changed since they've been under new management! I love the smiling faces and greeting when we walk in! The staff is so friendly and bubbly! I'm SO glad this store is changing for the better!

I do try to be understanding and patient with every business I walk into, however, this place is quite an embarrassment to be honest. It's halfway between a grocery store and department store, serving as the only place the families who live nearby without a vehicle need to get all of their groceries, unless they can manage the bus which would add costs and another hour to their trip.This was the 2nd or 3rd time of me going inside. Today I wanted one thing a friend suggested I buy from there since their prices are so low. Yes, they are good prices, but the atmosphere is dreadful, products on the floor and in the aisles, just a simple mess all over the store. Dark lighting to add special ambience.I could have given all of the above issues a pass, but then going to pay for my item I notice a long line waiting to pay for their things. There was only one self-checkout open and one checkout register open with an employee, but he said he only takes CASH? That is very odd.There were three groups in front of me and it was going to take too long, so I put my item back and walked out. I'd rather pay 40% more than deal with that again.
