She did an in-home consultation that enabled her to provide us with several lay-outs for the spaces and helped us choose the right pieces to meet our needs. Bought an amazing perfect sofa…our designer asked what I needed in a sofa and she went right to the perfect one. Great color choice and love the coordinated pieces. There were follow up calls and the sofa arrived early.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Ethan Allen and designer Jah Alexapolus. Jah’s approach to my project was one of patience and getting to know my style and home. She took into consideration my husband and son’s definition of comfort as well as my objective of elegance. What we created was a beautiful family room that is stylish, comfortable and practical. She not only listened to my ideas she heard my unspoken concerns. This approached coupled with her extensive knowledge of the Ethan Allen products helped me to select the right pieces for my home. The entire Annapolis Team was outstanding. I could tell they worked very well together. I would highly recommend Jah and Ethan Allen to anyone. I truly trust her excellent eye for design and her heart for the customer.

The Ethan Allen sales associate Jah was such a pleasure to work with. She was so important with helping me find the perfect couch and matching it to the perfect color I needed. When the delivery arrived, the delivery guys had to figure out a way to get the sofa in. They asked if there was another entry, and I told them no. So they figured out a way to bring the sofa in by guiding the sofa up towards the ceiling, making it much easier to maneuver into the room. It was absolutely perfect, and I was so impressed how they got the sofa into the house. I'm so pleased with Ethan Allen. Such professionalism, which is hard to find these days.

Finally found the bedroom set we'd been looking for and purchased it in early June. It was not until Aug 19th when the set was delivered, but as my wife said, "it was worth the wait". Love the set and will return to EA for future furniture needs.

I met with Jah at the Annapolis showroom because I was moving into a new home out of state and I needed help with finding new furniture that would work in my new space as well as some that would complement existing furniture. She did a terrific job understanding my goals, tastes, and style. Once she had a sense of my design aesthetic and the floor plans, we worked together to pick out the furniture and fabrics. All of which are just beautiful and look wonderful in my new home. I've received numerous compliments about the furniture pieces (style and comfort), the fabrics, the way they all work together from everyone who has come into my home. Jah has reached out to me at key points in the project and has been very responsive to my emails, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and am grateful for her expertise and her personality (kind, patient).
