Shawn the manager was very kind made things very smooth and easy and he was very professional and gave me a walk through of the building, so I was able to find the best storage for me. Thank you so much highly recommend if you are looking for storage units in Annapolis.

Working with Mr. Shawn was great! He was friendly and super helpful. He even let us tour some units to see the space ourselves before commiting. Their rates and lease is much more affordable than other competitors and they are very military-friendly. So glad we chose Extra Space.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. The day before my move-in date, I went to the office because I had questions. Shawn was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything thing thoroughly. The day of move-in, I had trouble opening my unit and and to call office. Once again, Shawn to the rescue! He actually came to my unit to show how to open it and use their locks.
