I bought a Maxwell captstan at Fawcett marine they are so helpful and knowledgeable I picked up the captstan at the store and installed it t the same day. They picked me up at the boat launch and dropped me off there with the unit. Great place I am done and can’t say enough good things about that store

I never give five stars, in this case I had no choice. I'm a long time boater and how I never heard of or been to fawcett is my mistake for sure. The store is well stocked with most everything you will need in a pinch, plus anything else you wanted or needed and they don't have in stock they can get it usually in a day or two. The staff is professional and know how to help. In my case I found this store because I had a brand new hypalon dinghy never hit water yet, I put a slice in it at the rub rail line trying to ready it for glueing my new davit pads. I'm going on the loop in three days and i needed professional help to fix this tear and mount the davit pads and numbers. I found them on the internet and called Annapolis inflatable. I was told they are located below fawcett and to bringthe boat in. I asked about how long would it take to fix and was told about the week and a half back log. Oh sh---- I say what am I going to do now I'm leaving on a planned expedition with no dinghy? I explained this to the service manager Travis when I dropped it off. He said he would check it out and go from there and I go back home wondering do I buy a new dinghy or cancel the trip ? I'm supposed to leave the dock Saturday its Wednesday eve. Much to my surprise I got a call 2 days later Friday 1 pm saying your good to go come pick it up. They did an outstanding repair of the tear and mounting my davit pads and installing my numbers. I couldn't see where the repair was its perfect. I was so excited knowing they pulled through so I can make the departure date. They are truly specialists in the inflatable boat business. The service technicians are very skilled and you get what you pay for plus its guaranteed. Thank you so much, I will be a customer for life!!JamesUSN

Best help and selection for everything boating, my GoTo store, but on my last trip there they went above and beyond. The serpentine belt on my Explorer broke as I was nearing Fawcett for a bilge pump and I immediately lost power steering, charging, and A/C. I called Ford and was working on a tow truck and still needed to get back to my sailboat somehow but the staff at Fawcett went out for a new belt and replaced it right there in the parking lot for me in the pouring rain. Wow! Their willingness to actually help instead of just directing me to a local mechanic when I was asking for one was more than impressive. They already had my business, but now they have my respect, friendship, and forever strongest recommendations. Thank you Fawcett Boat Supplies! That day you were a Godsend!

SAILORS HELPING SAILORS! Great selection! Great service! Everybody is insightful on what you may need for whatever the job is. One guy's whole specialty is screws and bolts and another guy knows a bunch about fiberglass. If you need help or need a second opinion these people are the people to come see when you need help. Years of true hands on experience learning what works and what doesn't so we don't have to go through that process. They are great.
