I have been going to this fedex since 2019. I overnight my packages every week. I have never had a lost package go out at this facility. Im not sure why people are saying they are rude. I haven't met one rude employee yet. They know my name when I walk in and always stop to greet me when I walk in. I wouldn't go to any other fedex but this one.

Avoid! They ignore customers, show a bad attitude and allow people to cut in front of you in line. Makes sense it wasn’t busy even before the holidays.

I have been here a couple of times now and customer service is horrible. I don't expect anything over the top, but I've been here multiple times and it's bad. This time, I stepped up to the wrong side of the counter and the employee just stood there silent until I realized and moved to the correct side for her register. She scanned the barcode, took my package and just handed me the receipt, not a single word. A greeting, some direction, a smile.. I mean anything would be nice. They just make you feel so unwelcome. Would not go to this location if it wasn't a convenient location.

Not friendly at all. Takes zero effort to thank you or how may I help you or I'll take you down here and so on and so forth. I mean something more than just look at the person to walk to the opposite end of the store and just sit there and stare at you. Like I'm supposed to know exactly where you want me to go. I walk up to the first register you look at me and just walk away to the farthest one.

I genuinely don’t understand how the current manager (a Middle Eastern woman) and the younger male staff member are still employed at this location. Either the store owner lacks understanding of how to hire the right personnel or is not providing basic customer service training to its employees. These individuals show a clear disregard for customer service. They come across as extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior feels toxic — they seem unhappy in their roles and project that negativity onto customers. It’s unacceptable, especially from a company like FedEx. This kind of attitude creates a very uncomfortable experience for customers. I hope FedEx takes these repeated concerns seriously and addresses the issue appropriately. At the very least, management should look at all the complaints that customers are providing through the reviews.

I needed to purchase a large box for a fairly large shipment. Josh was very efficient in helping to pack and process it. I appreciate his good customer service!! All the people I encountered were professional and nice.

I was at this FedEx 10 minutes ago. I walked in to drop off a package that only needed to be scanned So I could get a receipt it was a prepaid label.
I was in line waiting for the cashier to address me, There was a woman in front of me and a man standing to the far right side (not in line). After the woman had been assessed, it was now my turn in line and the Caucasian man jumped in front of me. By this point, I’m obviously a minority in this story.
I was confused as I just got into the store and I have been waiting for some time as well.
When the next person was being called for I obviously went ahead and jumped in front of the man. I was simply confused on why he would jump in front of me when he saw me in line just as long as he was.
To my surprise, the worker made me stop and instead told the Caucasian individual to step forward, leaving me with no assistance.
He then stated “YooHoo” Telling me I didn’t need any assistance from any worker and I could use the self scan myself.
Obviously, with that being an option, I would’ve used it right when I walked in the door, but instead, I would feel better handing it to an individual that worked at the store, knowing that they have seen that package and that it could be addressed immediately.
I proceeded to use the self scan in frustration, by this time, his line is completely clear and there’s no one in the store.
Leaving me, feeling upset and discriminated.
The individual I’m talking about is the black, no hair individual.
Very disappointed in the customer service here, I’ve been in worst communities and the customer service was stellar. After reading other reviews, I realize this isn’t a unique experience, and this is almost every customers original experience if they have any communication with the staff ( this one in particular as mentioned above).
This store needs some work.

Just no sense of urgency of that fact that I was in the line just taking their sweet time with the guy in front of me taping his boxes slowly and he wasn’t prepared didn’t have his ID or recipient info ready. And the other worker just stayed in the back away and never asked if anybody needed help.

I mailed a package via FedEx, signature required, not knowing recipient would be away for the July 4th long weekend. FedEx policy is to return such a shipment to the sender, but I had gone away too! I imagined the package getting lost in space or stolen. I went to this FedEx Print & Ship Center where Ms. Kim, the Assistant Manager, helped me re-route the package to Annapolis, where I am staying. Thanks Ms. Kim and also John for your help. I appreciate what you did for me.

Don’t use this place .. or if you SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. I was charged 60.00 for scanning 27 pages by being charged 3x. I should have been charged once. I took the time to call the branch (amidst my very busy demanding work schedule) and was offered no resolution. The correct amount was 20.00 That was 3 days ago. Money has now been actually debited from my account. At this point I feel like I’m being stolen from, …..well I am. Now I have to make a special trip to contest the charges that were NOT authorized. Beyond bad service and high prices. This is more like theft by negligence
