Just the worst place to get a passport size picture for passport. The lady there is very bossy and refused to take a couple pictures just so I can get the right one even when I offered to pay for the extra ones. Never going back there!

I always try to go here when shipping packages. Fast in and out and the service is ALWAYS courteous. They have at least two clerks so no wait when I have gone. Been there before Christmas and I still got out in less than 10 minutes.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I was happy with the product. I was not happy that it was going to cost $11+ just to cut a few pages. I opted to cut them myself.I do agree with many others comments… the employees are not friendly at all! In fact it’s a total drag to go in there. I don’t go there if I don’t have to… UPS offers a lot of the same services and is closer to my home. The manager needs to work with his employees customer service.OR they could go to the Edgewater Post Office and watch them for just 5 seconds! There is a woman who works there who is amazing!

while yes the process was very quick i have to say the costumer service was extremely poor. the man (denis) who helped me honestly seemed like he would rather be doing anything but assist me and the whole exchange felt very cold. would not recommend coming to this location.

Can't be bothered. Staff always seems to have a poor attitude and is bothered by questions or comments. "You dropping off a package?" Yes, and could I get it scanned in (so that I have record of this transaction)? "Yeah, the self scanner is over there" to which I'm sort of like that's silly to have to bring it somewhere else when the clerk scanner is right there... but the attitude is unbelievable. Such disdain for a question that I'm sure comes up all the time. Why are you telling me to interact with anything other than a human being? Why put your job in jeopardy, I don't get it. So you want me to do it myself, why even come here to be treated terribly by someone who clearly hates their job? It simply doesn't make sense.Oh and I know this isn't the fault of the staff, but a box there sells for $20, meanwhile the same box at Home Depot sells for two bucks. That's insane.At any rate, I need to use FedEx, I like FedEx, but I'll avoid this loser dump at all cost. Period. Go anywhere else, it's not worth the torture.

if I could give a zero I would. There is an extremely rude uninformed woman working here who has no work ethic, is obnoxious to customers and is an overall deterrent to a proper business. Avoid.

The woman who’s always there is rude. I think she’s the manager. If I don’t want to use self service why am I forced to use it? That’s the employees job and not mine. Can’t even ask for a physical receipt because she’ll take you straight to the self service. Show YOU how to do it as if talking to a child. Luckily I only use this FedEx when I’m shopping at the mall. When I do I expect to be serviced appropriately by the employees who WORK there. It’s YOUR job to help the customer. Avoid this place if you have to. Don’t spend any money here either.

This store requires scanning your own package and dropping it off into a box. The receipt you get when you do that says "This is NOT a proof of drop off". What that means is if your package is lost you will be fully responsible. The only way you can get a proof of drop off is if a representative scans your package. The person at the counter, who claims to be the manager, refuses to scan the package. So you will be forced to drop off your package and accept full responsibility for a potential loss. Unless you are ok with that you should avoid this store.

I place online FedEx print orders on a regular basis across the country. This location is bar none the fastest and most efficient. Manager is always willing to help. Great customer service.
