Worst experience! I will never coming back! I place an order online to pick up in store for a reason. My order was delivered on the 2/29. I went to this store to pick it up the employee and the manager don't know "where it was". She wants me to call the USPS to find my order she doesn't want to give me a refund. It was address to the store and an individual signed and received it. I have to talk to the mall security to help me find my order I almost submitted a police report. I think they need to replace/fired the entire crew and the manager beside that one guy who found my shoes. I believe that they be doing shady stuff there. All I can say the store doesn't need a dishonest people working for them.

I recommend this place if you want terrible service. I find incredible waiting over 15 minutes for a pair of shoes. Employees stayed on their phones.

Customer service sucked nobody knew what was going on took me 20 minutes to get a pair of shoes out to try on then he brought me the wrong size and never returned this is at 10:30 in the morning Annapolis Mall won't ever give them my business again

Worst costumer supporter ever!’ Everyone it’s on their phones and no one helps you, when I tried to talk to the manager about his “team” the manager refused to gave me his name and end it yelled at me. Horrible costumer support…!! U guys should train better your team and change manager.He refused to help me.

Each time we were on the store the staff was on there cell phone. Neither person acted like they wanted to help us. We will never be back. Worst customer service ever.

I had a terrible experience in this store It was a young guy with slides on looking at his cellphone with his head down at the front door and did not greet us properly than waited on another customer did not ask if we needed any help We left and will not be returning
