This Macy location is great. The building has two floors and in the bottom one there is a variety of selections for different types of shoes (Women and men), they have for children in the second floor. They don’t have much for children either. The collections of clothes are great as well. The section of furniture is good and they appear to be of a great quality.They also have a lot of stuff on clearance. Great prices.Thanks.

This Macy's is a disgrace, and I don't know why I even ever enter this place. It's always been a disorganized hot mess, and you can never find a sales associate. Today was the last straw. They no longer carry any petites in women's suiting. Good luck finding literally anything in women's business attire under size 10. They no longer carry Ralph Lauren, Marc Fisher, or Sam Edelman pumps anymore except maybe in the desecrated clearance section. And in the year of Our Lord 2022, THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE FITTING ROOMS BACK OPEN. I am aware this may be a "staffing issue," however, a thought for management: it would likely save your sales associates' time to keep ANY fitting rooms open so people don't have to make returns (if they were lucky enough to find anything decent in stock). Not that I plan on ever setting foot in here again. But just a thought.

I give two stars because although the shoe selection was slim they did have the shoes I wanted in the size I wanted but the customer service was horrible!!! I asked the sales rep THEO if there was the shoes in the size I needed and he went to the back to check without saying a word he came back with the shoes at the cash register where I was waiting and slammed them down on the counter- again without saying a word. I had to ask a question about the shoe I was buying which gave me a short/curt response but besides that I would not recommend ever going here due to the horrible customer service specifically from Theo with his rude responses, sighs and rude facial expressions and if any of the other stores had the same shoe anywhere else in the mall I would've taken my money elsewhere!!!! Never again!

No stars if I could. Shopped here on a Saturday with my twin teen boys for Homecoming outfits. Store was messy, dressing rooms totally trashed, impossible to find sizes on the racks. A DJ was blasting Milli Vanilli so loud, people were dancing which might be fine but you couldn't even have a conversation. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack along with bad 80s music. The store is only major department store in the area & just a dump. Overpriced for the experience & dumpy quality, it's why dept stores are dying.

I love this Finishline. I don't mind spending hundreds of dollars when the customer service is awesome. Keep up the great job Finishline Annapolis. I'm always greeted when entering the store and someone is always ready to assist me when purchasing shoes. Note to corporate this Finishline rocks!!!! A+++++ to the management team.

Retail is dead. Spent 30 minutes and counting, to purchase a wallet for my wife. Not enough staff and staff is not trained to high end luxury standards. Next time - Amazon.

Terrible service. I purchased a new pair of shoes for my bf the day before and went in to rerun them as he did not like them. Guy said we were unable to return them as there was dust on the bottom of one shoe. We went out of the store rubbed off the dust as they were never worn at all. Went back into store guy didn't even look at them and told us we had to leave and he would not rerun them. We were told because of the dust he couldn't sell them to another customer. If that's the case why were they sold to me. Ridiculous that I spent $150 on a pair of shoes that were never worn and I am unable to return them as one of the bottom of the shoes have dust on them from previous people trying them on in the store.

Macy's Annapolis MD Furniture Recently purchased a bedroom suite in March 2020 from Macy's in Annapolis Mall Maryland, to replace My aged Ashley bedroom set. What an experience and mistake! The salesperson had no clue on what she was supposed to be selling. We bought a bed headboard set with a adjustable bedstand. The salesperson sold us a Beautyrest mattress and adjustable bedstand (appx $2K). The salesperson said that this was a matching set and would work perfectly. The delivery guys assembled the bed and at that time said that this was the wrong mattress for adj bed stand. So, we had to buy a box spring and return the adj bedstand, another $160.00. The bed (mattress) is unsleepable due to crease from Adj bedstand. Needless to say I feel like I've been taken for a ride from Macy's. It's time to stop purchasing anything from Macy's

The two stars are taken off for presentation of the clothing. Looks kind of tacky. I went to the shoe department first and didn't see a great selection. I will say after I tried on a shoe in the last act department an older gentleman with glasses approached and asked if I needed help. He got my shoe Match and I bought them right away. At the checkout, he was very personable. Nice to see. Went upstairs to backstage and a young man checked me out. Short interaction but it was a pleasant one. Afterwards, I went to the juniors department and the lady who checked me out was very nice and even offered me the hanger. Don't always get good customer service in Macy's so I was impressed. Wouldn't mind coming back but the presentation could use some work.

I visited the store with my mother to buy a few new things for my home. I was followed around the store by two individuals and treated like an criminal. I reached out to the assistant manager and she told me to "write a review if that how I felt". And the store manager was no better. Buyers beware!

Went to the mens department, last minute homecoming clothes for my son. Annie was working in the fitting room, measured him, went out to the floor to find pants to fit him & put together a handsome outfit for him! I was thankful for her caring, motherly & professional demeanor. Great job employing such a wonderful employee Macy's!!!!

I guess I'm showing my age when I say I miss Hecht's. I always find going to this Macy's to be chore when checking out. The cashiers are generally not very helpful or friendly. They never initiate the greeting instead waiting for the customer to say hello. I've worked in customer service for many years and that's not the way its supposed to be.

The customer service representative really needs to learn Macy's return policy before helping customers. I asked her several times before I returned the item if I can return and order a new item at the same price as the one I received was missing pieces. She assured me I could. After I returned the item, she then tells me that she can't reorder me the item with the same price. Crappy service.

This is not really the problem of this local store. But the online store. Their phone team is completely useless and terrible. They don't understand English at all. They sent my wife the wrong item. And consistently acted terribly unprofessional. Just a terrible company.
