Katie went above and beyond in customer service, pleasant, professional and timely. The auto mechanic was thorough and just. Car drove away better than it drove in.
Every professional from Katie at the front desk to the auto mechanic are awesome. This is my favorite Firestone - better than dealerships by far. Forgiving when I mistook her name. Flexible and adaptable to meet our needs. And most importantly - took great care of the car. Friendly, pleasant, great service!

After being a long time customer, I was extremely disappointed when I picked up my car, drove it 3 miles home, and then noticed they had crashed my car and damaged the front right.
I called immediately, they towed my car back to the shop (it was making a horrible noise), and was told they would take care of it. After getting a body shop estimate for $2,400, the story changed and their corporate headquarters in TN denied my claim.
When I returned to the store the manager told me I couldn't prove anything because they don't have cameras. No I can't prove it, but I know I didn't pick it up, crash it, and call 5 minutes later to have it towed back because I was scared to drive it. Horrible. Simply horrible.

I went in to have a flat tire repaired. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the tire. They did not overcharge, and were honest and on time. I will definitely be back. It is rare to find an honest mechanic, so I'm happy to have discovered this place!

I got a nail in my tire and needed a replacement (evidently teslas come with foam-lined tires, which can't be repaired). I was also due for a tire rotation, so I asked them to do that as well. I had ordered an additional service I didn't need, but they pointed it out and saved me from wasting my money. They did good work and I had my car back within 24 hrs.
I also appreciated that all of the employees were friendly and helpful!

I received excellent service here this week! The front desk crew were amazing from day one. They did everything they could to get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. Roger and Nicole at the front were a pleasure to work with. Please let the technician know who worked on my truck, it handles better than it did brand new. Thank you for all of your hard work, and amazing customer service.

Katie was great with getting me scheduled, pre-ordering tires, and keeping me updated on my vehicle as it progressed. The technician that worked on my vehicle did a great job and took extra care. Overall very pleased. I will definitely return!
