My significant other waited 2 weeks for a replacement card for a stolen debit card. They proceeded to give me a card with the same information which was flagged. I waited 2 weeks to get this card!!! I even specifically asked for a new number. After informing them of their error they gave me a temp card. But guess what? The temp card doesn't work either! It won't activate or anything. Now I've been waiting for the manager to call me back for over 30 minutes and I'm done with it. I'm going to another bank, I'm tired of beingtreated like I don't matter.

First National Bank in Cape Saint Claire is excellent. The customer service is superb and outstanding. They do not treat you like a large corporate National Bank last time I went in the M&T I was ignored as tellers didn't even acknowledge me.

Probably the worst customer service I have received from any bank. Severely disappointed, especially because I was given the impression they were a "community bank" with a focus on customer service. I will be closing my account as soon as the pending transaction clear.
