I went for a check in on an unusual malfunction message on my 2022 Mazda 3 (did not purchase here unfortunately since I got it during the non-existent inventory era). Kyle was my main POC and fantastic throughout. The issue was thoroughly addressed, I was kept informed every step of the way and am very happy with their service. Thank you!!

The service tech Kyle was top-notch, helped us getting our vehicle in and serviced with the body repair shop. Met us with a smile helped us along through the process, answered any questions very impressed with this young man. we also had a problem with the vehicle when we picked it up, we had warning lights on the gauges and the turn signal was not working. He went above and beyond open the hood and found a wire that was disconnected from the front fender that the repair shop did not hook back up. But he found it and hooked it back up with no issues very pleased and very impressed. Thank you.

Great experience. Salesperson (Joeanna) was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Finance manager (Armando) took the time to understand my financial goals, outline the possible solutions, and allowed me to pick what best fit for me.

We decided to try this Mitsubishi dealership after the one in Laurel charged us for something that should have been covered under warranty work (another dealership confirmed this) and called us liars to our face when we tried buying a new car from them. This was the first time dealing with Fitzgerald Mitsubishi. After this experience with the service department, I'm not sure if we'll come back or try another dealership. GoodComfy lounge area with TV and snacks (small bottled water, keurig/pods, breakfast bars)Car rental behind dealership Free shuttle within 10 miles of dealershipProvided a rental car because my repairs were covered under warranty. Did EVENTUALLY fix the cause of the check engine light- 2 weeks later. BadTook TWO WEEKS for a check engine issue. Tiny parking lot- there are maybe 6 spots for vehicles needing service. If those are filled up, finding another spot can be tricky. Communication is horrible for so many reasons. 1. You dial the service number, it takes you to a switchboard where they try to connect you to someone. Seems like an unnecessary layer of bureaucracy. Why even have a service number if every call goes to the same place? 2. From my experience, most calls go to voice mail. After leaving a voice mail, you may never hear back. Happened several times to me. Their voicemails say "if you don't hear from me in an hour, contact (supervisor's name- indecipherable)". No number given. 3. No status updates provided regularly. I heard from them the first day and then nothing. I'd have to call and track down my service manager or someone who knew what the heck was going on. Not an easy task. At times it seemed like staff was actively avoiding me so they didn't have to provide an update. If I didn't check on it periodically, I probably only would have heard from them when my car was ready 2 weeks later :/ Rough timeline of events: Drop car off Wednesday at 9 AM with check engine light. Mention my OBD2 scanner said it was likely an oxygen sensor and another dealership said it might be the oxygen sensor5 PM Wednesday told they couldn't fix it, I'd need a loaner carNo word ThursdayFriday I call early morning. I speak to the service manager and he says the service advisor will call me shortly. That doesn't happen.Saturday morning I call again to see where things stand. Told that they are still "looking into" the check engine light. The shop foreman will take over to diagnose the issue on MondayNo word MondayCall again Tuesday morning and leave a message. No response. I try again later in the day around noon and the dealership receptionist/operator says she talked to my advisor and he's waiting to hear from someone else. In other words, he's using the phone system to avoid my calls. Really inspires confidence, doesn't it? Despite being told twice someone would call me back, that doesn't happen. Friday I call again and FINALLY reach someone above the service manager. Still not fixed, they are in contact with Mitsubishi HQ to diagnose the issue. Emails and calls back and forth with Mitsubishi techs. It's being looked at every day. Tuesday they call and say it is indeed the oxygen sensor and it should be replaced by Wednesday, two weeks after I initially dropped it off.You'd think after all the hassle there might be an apology for it taking so long or something. Anything. Nope! Handed the keys like it's a normal thing to keep a car for two weeks for a simple check engine light repair.

I called the day before my service appointment with questions. I was beyond impressed to get through to the service department and the parts department on my first try.When I was there for my appointment everyone in the service department was exceptional. I have a 14 year old Mazda and was treated as if I had a brand new one. They worked with me to get the best deal on the parts price.While I was waiting for my car to be repaired I met an amazing sales person who took the time to show me new vehicles. I explained that I was not ready to buy that day, but I am planning to purchase a new Mazda in the near future. I was treated with respect (I was severely under dressed) and the sales agent was amazing and answered all my questions. Thank you for the great experience. Overall a great team of people.

The staff at Fitzgerald was super informative and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable with my new car and all of its features before buying and leaving. They went out of their way to work with my schedule and when I could come to the dealership. I am very happy with my new car and I appreciate all of the hard work from Chris and everyone I worked with.

Because I’ve spent my life in NYC, I am only just getting my driver’s license. I wanted to buy my first car at a place where I would be treated with respect no matter where I was on the process, and after a lot of trial and error, I found Chris at Fitzgerald Mazda. I am still in the process, but Chris and a terrific staff and helping me find exactly what I want.Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Mazda. I received excellent customer service and excellent customer care. My sales associate, Geo, was very knowledgeable and patient, and made sure I knew exactly what I was agreeing to in a vehicle purchase. Papa helped me to further understand my financial terms and warranties and was very patient and thorough in making me feel confident in my purchase and what my bottom line car note would be. And the GM (can’t remember his name) was so pleasant and attentive about what I was looking for and what my goals were for purchasing and trading my old vehicle in.Overall, GREAT experience at Mazda FitzGerald in Annapolis!!!!

Fitzgerald Mazda Annapolis always provide courteous, detailed, and prompt service. The service advisors take their time to explain and answer any questions you have concerning your vehicle without you feeling rushed. The video inspection provided by the mechanics provides you a visual of the actual inspection. I'm driving an older Mazda, and can continue to do because of the good service Mazda Annapolis provides to my car.I highly recommend you put your Mazda in the hands of Mazda Annapolis...they will keep your car running smoothly for years.

The service staff was extremely courteous, personable & efficient. After making the appt, it was great to not only to receive confirmation but email & text reminders. I chose to wait & brought work with me working quietly in the showroom at a table set up with all electronic ports & AC outlet configured into the table. While there staff checked to see if I needed anything in addition to offering me something to drink. A real bonus was a video the mechanic made showing all of the items he worked on plus other areas he checked enabling me to know ahead what exactly was done when I checked out with the service advisor. If I could they would get more than 5 gold stars! A truly pleasant experience other companies could learn from with regard to what true customer service is about.

No matter what type of car someone pulls up in you should judge like you don't have any money. A worker saw us looking and just went right in the building. No one came out to help. This the second time I had a problem with them. The first time we had to go in to get help and the guy was completely RUDE! The mark up on the car was insane as well compared to the online prices.

FOR SERVICE CENTER:I was helped by Kyle at the service center who was very professional. I made an appointment, which got mixed up and sent to Volkswagen dealership. Nonetheless the problem got resolved and Kyle made things easy and was willing to help. I appreciate the service.

Friendly and efficient service staff, and most remarkable, an email link from the service tech to a video inspection of critical parts (hoses, suspension) and any work done. I've been going since I bought my Mazda 3 ten years and it's still going strong!

Michael is a sweetheart, he took very good care of me and my vehicle on more than one occasion. Unlike the treatment I got in the Rockville dealership, the Annapolis dealership shows they care and go out of their way to help you. I won’t go anywhere else now.
