Great experience. After going to a big box store where they hardly even measured my son's feet and pointed me towards a wall of expensive shoes, Fleet Feet surpassed all expectations.
Great service, scanned his feet, examined his walk and recommended two pairs of shoes, both of which were on sale. In and out in 10 minutes with excellent service and price. We will be back!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes at Fleet Feet for my Camino de Santiago pilgrimage walk. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received and the recommendation for shoes based on the analysis of my feet. I ended up walking over 200 miles in Spain and had ZERO blisters. Many others suffered with terrible, debilitating blisters that. I was so thankful to have a much different experience and I attribute that to Fleet Feet’s recommendation! Plus, the shoes held up very well and I continue to use them! Thank you!

Adrianna & Alex at the Annapolis store were extremely helpful and patient. Adrianna took great care with the measuring process and patiently listed to my needs and likes. The return policy is so helpful when you try the shoe and it doesn’t work out. Alex helped me with my return and helped me find a shoe that would work for me. They both offered to order a particular color online if it wasn’t in store. It is expensive but well worth the service.

Stopped in with my wife last night, she is struggling to find sneakers. Associate was knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't realize it was close to closing when we walked in, I wish they had told us, don't like doing that normally. Didn't realize it until we were leaving.

This store is great! Excellent customer service, no wait, great technology for assessing many layers of your foot/arch/flexibility/etc and great selection of shoes, insoles, and socks. Had my first run yesterday in my new shoes and they were EXCELLENT! Will be back.

I honestly had a great experience. I enjoyed the sales person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel bad for forgetting his name, but he scanned my feet and I did value his recommendations. I started having back pain and was told to change my shoes. I have flat and big feet so i was skeptical that i would find comfortable fitting shoes. I walked in and left within 20 minutes with better fitting shoes and insoles. I would absolutely recommend fleet feet.
