On 7/16/24 I had the worst service from the African American female with the long curly wig she was rude and disrespectful. She should not be able to work with customers. STOP hiring these disrespectful kids. The other black and Hispanic female were very nice.

I was directed to this location due to the fact that there was other footlocker in the mall that had the size of air forces. The representative who seems to be a manager judging by her black uniform which differed from other employees wasn’t as attentive. Once i got her attention from her texting. I informed her i was redirected here and needed assistance finding the shoes as i describe it. Instead of providing the service to assist she pointed and told me to look. I told her it was for someone else that i may need help instead of walking and showing me the options she told me to look it up on the website. I was eager to buy the shoes but was turned off by the bad service and left as she literally watched a sale (me) go out the door and i hope she sees this review cause i differently won’t shop there off a such a small interaction yet impactful and just bad. The shoes I’m sure will be found else where.

Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. I also noticed they had several other shoes I want so I'll be back very soon!Thanks again ladies, much appreciated. Love the shoes.Props to Fern and Samantha
