Room 410 feels like there’s a large hole in the middle of the walkway that someone put a piece of plywood over and carpeted. My friend and I kept saying one of us is going to break the wood and fall through it. We’re both over 200lbs

If you are looking for a weekend getaway this fit the bill. A/C in larger suites have two controls. One for living, one for rooms. Make sure you know where both are. Spent the evening feeling hot/stuffy.Rooms: Pretty spacious.Nearby activities: Close to museums. About 1hr from Harriet Tubman sitesSafety: Seemed pretty safe.Walkability: Very easy to move around and ADA friendly.Food & drinks: Snack area, no restaurant connected. Microwave in room.Noteworthy details: Some suites have whirlpool tub, pool and spa pool on site [still closed due to temperature]

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. But was disappointed with the staff. Please find a way to remove your hotel from the availability list for youth sports if you are not going to be patient or tolerant of children. The treatment we experienced was very disrespectful.Rooms: Rooms were clean.

The only reason I’m even giving three stars is because the rooms were okay as far as size and having a mini fridge and microwave and the lady that ran the breakfast was great to customers and keeping up with cleanliness. First, you have to pay for parking $8 a day for an open parking lot (no parking garage or any type of security), the breakfast buffet was $10 a person for a basic complimentary hotel breakfast, we had expired creamer in our rooms and the inside of the Keurig has not been cleaned properly so I couldn’t have a cup in the morning, there’s no fan in the bathroom. It says they have a restaurant on site but was more go up to the small counter/bar to order and sit in the lobby, it’s advertised there is room service and through the QR code in the room there is a menu to order off of and an extension to call from your room to place the order. The number would not go through saying mailbox is full so I called the front desk and she said “we don’t do room service and the restaurant is closed on weekends”. Very misleading and doesn’t make much sense to close it down during the best time of the week to have it open.

Short stay but very nice staff. A little older design could use some upgrades in a few more years

Hotel is definitely showing signs of wear. We had a jacuzzi room, the bathroom was nasty. The shower floor grout was brown, the wall next to the toilet had what looked like someone hooked a lugi on the wall. The jacuzzi tub had a brown ring around the water level. We wiped it and took it down to the desk. Lady working apologized and gave us another room. In the room though clean the sitting room tv didn't work. Expect to pay $8/day to park in their lot which is insane. To their credit, the staff was very friendlyRooms: Very worn furniture and carpetFood & drinks: You buy breakfast which is a limited cold "buffet " or trade coupon for a hot orderNoteworthy details: Pay to park on the hotel parking lot

We booked two rooms, both of which had very comfortable king beds. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, very comfortable and the check-in and check out was a breeze. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk was too busy to welcome or greet me. The rooms are also dated. The decor was dark, and the carpet had a stale smell

Close to everything in downtown Annapolis without being right on top of the highway like some of the other hotels nearby. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, no complaints.

Worst hotel stay ever and that says a LOT! I have actually tried to contact Hilton numerous times for a complaint but my phone call conveniently was disconnected every time! We chose the Hilton Garden Inn because we have always had very nice experiences with them but will never, ever stay at another property after this one! We stayed two nights. The first wasn't too bad but we woke up to a small wet spot on our bed. Kinda odd but okay. The second night, however, was a complete and total nightmare. At about 2am my husband and I are both woken up soaking wet in our king bed. Once we got our bearings straight, we realized there was a massive leak coming from the ceiling!!! We are not complainers but we had a 12 hour drive home later that morning and needed some rest. Mind you we also had our four year old special needs son, his service dog, and our other pup in training. My husband went downstairs to ask for another room after explaining what had just occurred. The person at the front desk had tried to tell him that the rooms were all booked up and that we would have to just "tough it out." At this point, my usually great natured husband was becoming quite irrate. Magically a room right down the hall was open! Imagine that! He was told that we could leave our stuff in our previous room as they would make sure no one would enter the room until we had checked out. Thankfully, I had decided to pack as much as I could, especially anything that had any sort of value to it us because lo and behold, when my husband had gone back downstairs around 8am, our original room door was wide open with no one around to make sure our belongs were okay! Not a single concession was offered for our nightmare, not even a damn apology! Literally had to move our entire family and most of our belongings at 2am, not very easy with a special needs young child! The way this has been handled since has been just as bad if not worse than the experience itself! Some empathy, an apology, SOMETHING would be nice! Vacationers beware, Hilton is NOT the place!

Love the hotel, but don't understand why you have to pay for parking and breakfast , is ridiculous. You can get all that in another hotel free. I love Hilton but need to change.Nearby activities: Mall and navy academy

If I could give zero stars I would. I didn’t even have a chance to experience the hotel. I’ve been trying to inquire about room blocks for my upcoming wedding at this location. My fiancé and I have tried separately to get in contact with Jason Mattern from sales numerous times over the past few weeks with absolutely zero contact back. It’s embarrassing to the brand and I guess they don’t need our business after all.

They make you pay for parking on an app. Which is ridiculous. This location is on the outskirts of Annapolis, Md.. Paying for parking is a reach into your wallets. The room cleanliness is an issue. There was debris on the carpeting. The bathroom was shabby. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. While there, we noticed another customer go back to the desk because someone was in the room they were assigned. Unacceptable.
